  1. Hello all. So, yeah. The title of the thread is pretty self-explanatory. I just want to know if there is any way to predict what choices your character has made in KOTFE Chapters 1-16 if you start a new character in Knights of the Eternal Throne. Specifically, has an Imperial character automatically chosen to kneel before Valkorion or not? I assume other Dark Side choices, but that's the big one, since it was not light or dark. Many Thanks to anyone who can help, and I hope we all enjoy the new expansion.
  2. I got the launcher open, and it supposedly patched the game, but when I clicked "PLAY," nothing happened. The launcher went away, but the game never loaded. Tried it twice with same result.
  3. I don't like it, but this is a suggestion thread, so I humbly suggest that BioWare do more to make this fact clear to people who tend to take things at literal face value. I remember opening Stronghold packs, and I would get a label that was not in the decoration slot. I don't know when they said that labels and decorations were the same thing, but I never heard that. This is a suggestion box, so I would like to suggest that they do more to make clear what actually might come in their packs to avoid confusion and frustration from people who don't pick up on the intricacies that they don't spell out so plainly. I like to think that this is constructive feedback. I probably won't get my money back, but I would like BioWare to take steps to prevent this sort of frustration in the future. That isn't too much to ask, is it?
  4. They may be part of the same family, but they are not the same. A label is not a decoration, and saying otherwise is misleading at best and dishonest at worst. When did any EA or BioWare source say that labels are the same as decorations? If I had known that I could have possibly gotten a useless item from the pack (unless I sell it for credits), then I wouldn't have spent actual, real world money. I feel ripped off, quite frankly. When the item description says 'decoration,' I assume they mean decoration, not 'decoration or possibly a label.' I don't think that's an unreasonable point of view.
  5. I was told in response to an in-game ticket to post this in the suggestions part of the forums, so here I am. I bought some First Grand Decoration Packs, but two of them had Stronghold Labels instead of decorations, despite the description for the item specifically saying that it contained one "stronghold decoration." I even checked the GTN, and the labels were not listed under the Decorations category, so this is either false advertising or a horrible misunderstanding. My requests for actual decorations were ignored. BioWare, if your packs are going to have something other than what you advertise, please don't post it. This is a suggestion box, so I suggest that you reword the description of the First Grand Decoration Pack to correctly list a Stronghold Label as a possibility.

  7. I apologize for not being clear. That was simply evidence for them being there, which I have never seen before in a match, and was not aware was even possible. If it turns out that this is not an issue of cheating, but merely of an unusual location to take advantage of, then I apologize for being mistaken. I would be honestly surprised, however, if this turned out to be a legitimate strategy. How would our team even knock them up there in the first place? There are abilities that push players backwards, but upwards? I don't think so.
  8. Correction: I believe we could select their portraits, but I, at least, was unable to use Force Lightning or other ranged abilities on them.
  9. So, I was in the Alderaan Civil War warzone, and there were two opposing players who set up shop atop a wall around the middle turret emplacement and who were targeting our team as we came out of the gate, and I do not believe we could target them back. Visual evidence is presented below... http://i61.tinypic.com/2q1rpye.jpg http://i59.tinypic.com/6iem36.jpg Please do something about them, BioWare. Thank you. EDIT: Two more exploiting this whatever it is. And people were able to damage them this time, so it must have been my error in not being able to damage them earlier. Apologies for that. Pictures of other exploiters are below... http://i58.tinypic.com/10xf49v.jpg http://i62.tinypic.com/24uvn5z.jpg
  10. I just encountered a PvP match where at least two opposing players were doing something that should not be possible in the game (I will not say what so that no one else tries it). If I have proof, how do I go about reporting it?
  11. I opened a hypercrate and a few other packs and got no Statues of Revan, no Anti-Air Turrets, no Altar of Skulls, but I did get four Cage of Tormented, a Fountain of Blood and Fire, three of the Crystal Sconces, and two of the Throned Sith Statue. Also got three pieces of the new Mandalore armor and only one of Vrook Lamar's. Does that help answer anyone's questions?
  12. Would it not be awesome to have a droid's head strapped to your chest a la Jakarro's droid from the Forged Alliances story arc? (I think so)
  13. Hello all. I've been playing SWTOR for a little while, but I'm a novice when it comes to MMOs in general. I was wondering if there was any known way to transfer a character from one server to another. Also, if I do that, how woudl that affect the Legacy, assuming this character has gotten past the point needed to unlock a Legacy? Many Thanks for any help!
  14. When I made my first Smuggler character, I made a Scoundrel, unaware that the 'take cover anywhere' ability was limited to Gunslingers. I've found similar surprises when choosing advanced classes, such as a Sith Inquisitor having increased Force capacity. I was wondering if you might include passive abilities like this in the descriptors when choosing an advanced class, as well as an "Are you sure you want to choose this Advanced Class?" type of thing to make sure that we don't accidentally make a choice that then requires a replay through the first ten levels. Thank you for your time.
