I've been seeing these same spikes since 5.8a. Seems to be server wide (Satele Shan). I've been in warzones with several people complaining and Sunday evening we stopped raiding due to consistent spikes with several of our players. Overall my latency has been higher even when these spikes are not occurring I'm usually at 19-21ms, but since 5.8a I'm usually around 120-160ms. A few of our guildies did pingpath tests and it appears that all the latency spikes occur on the last few jumps which are on the EA side of things.

Played game since launch and have all kills, title runs pre 5.0. Haven't done much raiding since 5.0, but would like to get back into a steady group. I'm on the east coast so a little earlier raid times would work for me. Shoot me a message if you have openings.

Are you guys pub or imp side?

I've been playing since launch and cleared all content in game. With the 5.0 release my raid group hung it up. I am hoping to continue raiding even if on a more casual basis. shoot me a message if you have a group running regularly pub or imp.
