Apparently now that we are on steam you can only have 1 account, if you have multiple accounts you cant log in to any other then the one that is associated with your steam account.

Also experiencing this when I close the game it locks up and cant close out with out using task manager to force close.

I as well have been waiting, I look forward to seeing the extra coins. I called cust service on this and contacted in game customer service, both myself and a number of people I have refered to the game were missed with this.

In most of the games I have played there has always been an internet radio station that stood out. City of Heroes was Justice Radio. well I have found a station that offers a well rounded mix of music, personalities and shows. I wanted to share that with you. I hope to hear your requests on the show and know your enjoying the music too. Yes. 5) Do you feel Cathar like most already implemented species resemble humans to greatly? I do think they need some modifications. 6) Addition Pro/Cons towards or against Cathar? Cathar should be restricted to Smuggler, Consular or Trooper classes on republic side. If allowed on imperial I would say Imperial Agent or Sith Warrior. though I would be much happier if they brought a different race such as Rodian in for the Imperial side.

I have noticed the implementation of some customization options to blend the look of gear to a color pallet, in a few other games they have a dual color option for each piece of gear and costume or tailor shops where you can go to make these changes. Will we ever see a variable customization option for color and or general look control for our gear?

there is not a MMO on the market that does not have bugs and complainers that cant get past themselves to make a report of the items that are broken. but more so there is not a mmo on the market that will ever be with out issues and those that blow the issues out of proportion. SWTOR had the smoothest Launch ive seen for mmos. and having been beta testing mmos since EQ ive seen quite a few launches. if you dont like the game work to make it better. file a detailed report on what is wrong. and be patient it takes time to fix code if there is a problem found. a game like this is not simply a few lines of code its tens of thousands of lines of code. and finding a specific problem and fixing it with out breaking something else in the process is exceedingly difficult. the devs are doing a great job fixing things as they can. If you are incapable of patience unfortunately that is your problem. but for those that are willing to be patient you will find that swtor is one of the best on the market. it already far surpasses wow in areas of well thought out story. the republic though much like the alliance is given most things too easily but what do you expect when there is a higher imperial presence on most servers. personaly I feel if they were to make it so pvp was available on pvp servers and pve was only allowed on rp and pve servers it would improve the game but that is me and it is not something I would logicaly expect from the company any more then you can expect an mmo with out flaws. the game can work perfectly within a small group and break when you have 25 or more players in it. the more people that are on the more likely there will be a crash due to the processing necessary to deal with all the data from the large scale of players involved. Bioware and EA are not the evil empire out to destroy you or ruin your lives. infact they are trying to give you an outlet for the stress in your life so take it or leave it your choice but atleast understand you are not the center of the universe your narcissism of thinking that you are owed this or that needs to go away the world does not owe you anything.

Rebelweasel you may not have a problem with people using copyrighted names or even insulting names such as bukkake but many of us do because of the legality. a little history for you CoH (City of Heroes) had to go as far as to police costumes on many characters as well as names because of duplication of DC costumes and names that is possible in the game because of a lawsuit from marvel and DC. Star Wars: The old republic is just as liable. if you read your Terms of service you will find that you dont own your character the game does. the likeness, the story, everything you put into it is owned by them they can delete your character at any time with out notification. they can force you to rename it due to breach of copyright or if the name is deemed offensive. they have yet to start implementing this but I guarantee that when they do it will either be drastic to the point of character deletions or you wont be able to log into the character untill you choose another name. I know one person on an rp server that had to change his legacy name because of such it was unfortunate but I personally support bioware in the enforcement of the policy and have told my friend this. In short you dont like the idea of not being able to use names like pwnzU or killer1337 im sorry those are not proper RP names and using such on an RP server should be banned and players that dont like that there are PvE and PvP servers just waiting for you better luck there.

Unfortunately this is an example of the IG generation. Instant gratification is not the end all be all you want something worth while you need to earn it. its kinda like respect you have to earn it it is not just given.

I agree names need to be enforced on RP servers the other day on Vrook Lamarr server a guildie saw a person with the Name Bukkake. things like that are completely unacceptable but unfortunately nothing gets done about it.

Doom cookies that have nothing better to do then to troll and annoy are unfortunately common place instead of finding something good about what they have they have to focus on the negative so they can make others as miserable as they are. it is also likely that many of the doomsayers are people that just didnt get taught to find that one good thing in life. As for the Game update. I look forward to the 1.2 update. I am impatient to see what all they are putting in. I am sure that they only gave a taste in the video of the features they felt were the most popular based on our constant questions. I hope that the Update comes soon as SW:ToR has been the most enjoyable Launch game wise ive experienced since 2002. Gender bending or playing a cross gender character is common in most MMOs for many reasons, Ascetics, general personality types, and the such. many people think the psychology is important but to be honest think of it as acting. up until around the mid 1800s most stage performers that were supposed to be women were actually men cast for the part. I personally prefer to play female characters because it is a Mass multilayer Online Role Playing Game and the best role to play is something you are not. it challenges you to use your imagination on how your character will act and perform in situations you as a mundane behind a set of keys would normally never find yourself in. for those that think playing a gender alternate character is a sign of homosexuality I would only have to say that you need to get over your own fear of your own sexuality and realize there is a world of things unknown to us, and it is not our place to judge. you wish to be known for being an individual just like anyone else. so lets not even try to imagine a world where gender bending in a MMORPG is not common, for I would hate for every character out there to become a cookie cutter cliche of the person playing them.

For the people that say things like the above. I have only one thing to say. MMOs are Open door. you dont like what you buy leave. there are more of us that are enjoying the game and we dont need trolls that have nothing good to say.

Have you ever noticed the people with the most complaints over systems that are not even released are usually the ones that get the most upset when their exploits get discovered and patched saying "they Nerfed me!" The legacy system is something I personally look forward to. if you feel you have to plan your alts play random characters until the legacy system is unveiled officially then delete them and create your alts. you know the more characters you make the more legacy xp you get.

this adds to the question will BW open up legacys so that multiple characters on multiple accounts can have the same legacy?
