You need the proc because of Prototype Particle Accelerator that does this ''While Combustible Gas Cylinder is active, Power Shot/Flame Burst has a 45% chance and Unload/Rocket Punch has a 75% chance to finish the cooldown on Rail Shot and make the next Rail Shot FREE. This effect cannot occur more than once every 6 seconds." Now you may not have heat issues from other thee abilites but it still give you a free rail shot so dont take it lightly! Also having rolled both of them Powertech is better in pvp as a pure rng class since flame burst/rocket punch are instant abilities whereas Mercenary's power shot,unload abilites need to be channeled.

Since i watched the original star wars trilogy first episode now labeled ''a new hope'' the first time you get in contact with the force is Darth Vader force choking an imperial officer,so i always have force choke as a trademark of the Darth lords,why isnt it a vital power on my Marauder rotation? Why instead of that i got force scream witch i never saw in the movies but the KOTOR rpg game? I say remove scream completly from the game and let us use as Sith Warriors force choke and leave the lighting to the Inquisitors!

I m playing the right game since i m by far a fan of the movies since the original trilogy,the first movies i ever saw and played all SW games,i will not put TOR over KOTOR series witch i still believe are the best rpg i played EVER!I never played EQ cause i didnt had internet connection or internet centers near my home but that changed so i got hooked on some mmorgs tryed em all SW has the best story and Lore ever even though later prequels mixed things up a bit.I just get so angry when people whant all things done on their plate i mean common you all whant it easy dont have to struggle a bit to succeed? Are we all so lazy even for a game?

As a fan of the original movies i was pleased that at least in flashpoints and some HCs we get some Bobba and Jango Fett Mandalorian gear set but why cant we get some of the smugglers set specially the ones with long capes? If you all recall the clone wars tv series you all know the famous hunter Cad Bane,and how he looks? A big brown hat with a long cape and dual whield blasters,a SW Clind Eastwood gunslinger actually but a bounty hunter in proff.I would love to have that set witch i fould olny in smugglers,witch actually me as a hunter find mutch in common and that was my 1st disagreement with bioware,smugs and hunters sould have been a faction on their own and doing jobs for the highest bidder and remain neutral or go ahead with any side they please. That didnt happen but at least we could share the same gear sets after all were are the underworld society!what your opinion aobut this matter?
