I'm sorry you feel like that and understand it could appear so, however I did indeed read your whole post, as well as the rest of the thread, and am aware that you are referencing difficulties when calling with point number 6. However, as I stated we simply are not able to resolve any issues of this nature, because of the sensitive information which is involved, via the forums.
Therefore I do recommend that you try calling again. I sincerely apologise for any negative experience you have had, and hope it does not occur again. Alternatively you could try to contact Customer Service via email if you prefer as it may be possible that they can resolve your issue, though I do believe your best course of action is the phone.
