Ok so SWTOR takes my sub this morning without any issue. I get home and log in and guess what I am now a prefer player.... *** Login into my swtor account guess what I am a sub..... log back into the game guess what fail I am a prefered player and must confirm my email address.... ***..... fix this ****......
