  1. Master and apprentice http://oi59.tinypic.com/3094sd4.jpg http://oi61.tinypic.com/2rnzuaq.jpg http://oi57.tinypic.com/30x8jrt.jpg Also here's my new trooper, Vernus with his messed up haircut: http://oi60.tinypic.com/35hjjx4.jpg New haircut, suits him much more: http://oi59.tinypic.com/15mmpvb.jpg He tends to get angry a lot http://oi59.tinypic.com/125ggnr.jpg http://oi57.tinypic.com/2u5f8so.jpg
  2. Probably because you're playing as a grunt/soldier, who are usually portrayed as anonymous/unsung heroes, yes your guy is tough and he gets the job done, but there are millions just like him fighting around the galaxy on both sides. At the end of it all, you're an expendable john Doe with a blaster, hence no fancy title.
  3. Vette: Best buddies for life! Let her out of the shock collar first time she asked, could be seen as weak for doing so but in my point of view, relying on a device to control someone because you're that afraid of what they have to say for themselves is even weaker. The girl is great in a gunfight and there is genuine trust between us, I'd forgotten I'd had a heart until I met Vette. I'd throw all my other companions out of the airlock in an instant if it meant saving her life. Quinn: Meh, guess he looks cool stood on the bridge of my ship in his snappy officer outfit, but that's all he's really good for to me, too formal and eager to please...he needs to realise this is no standard imperial cruiser, the formalities of a the fleet ships do not apply here. Jaesa: My young apprentice with much potential, handy in a fight but dies a little too much. Has interesting opinions on a lot of things and I was glad I was able to turn her without destroying who she used to be, her kinder nature suits my diplomacy first tactics...but if push comes to shove I know I can count on her to do her bit for the sake of the mission. 2V-R8: Just blends in with the ship like Quinn, nothing exceptional, I find droids boring and barely notice him whilst on board the interceptor. Pierce: Get's the job done without making a fuss and is pretty ruthless about it, the perfect henchman. His trigger-happy attitude can be a bit inefficient at times though when I make more rational, merciful decisions with enemies. Broonmark: Who the heck is this weirdo and why the hell did I even even let it on my ship?!..........Oh well as long as it follows orders and kills my enemies I guess...(and at least he's not Thana Vesh.)
  4. Mainly photos of me and the young apprentice: http://i874.photobucket.com/albums/ab302/SeeMeSmile123/anotheridiot_zps55534066.png http://i874.photobucket.com/albums/ab302/SeeMeSmile123/MeandtheApprentice_zps9cbfee3e.png~original http://i874.photobucket.com/albums/ab302/SeeMeSmile123/speeder_zpsb15ec392.png~original http://i874.photobucket.com/albums/ab302/SeeMeSmile123/newoutfit_zps213a952f.png I think these two outfits compliment each other well, they have that Master/apprentice duo look to them. http://i874.photobucket.com/albums/ab302/SeeMeSmile123/two_zpsef9e9277.png http://i874.photobucket.com/albums/ab302/SeeMeSmile123/readey_zps64cc3458.png~original
  5. Disagree, she was unpleasant and stupid, besides she had no vision or caution, all's she cared about was destroying/torturing things, that and I just hated her as a person, killing her was one of the most satisfying moments of the game for me: http://i874.photobucket.com/albums/ab302/SeeMeSmile123/wohooo_zpsc43c185a.png (This coming from a Light Side player too!)
  6. Nah, just a vest and pants, dunno what they're called though, sold them for inventory space so I can't check. Anyways back onto topic, some more pics: http://i874.photobucket.com/albums/ab302/SeeMeSmile123/inthesnow_zps55d7c4fb.png New outfit, Grey lady of the sith. http://i874.photobucket.com/albums/ab302/SeeMeSmile123/panzerschreck_zpsf9fa9313.png FIRE THE PANZESCHRECK!!! http://i874.photobucket.com/albums/ab302/SeeMeSmile123/bffs_zpsdfe81895.png Lady Sidonya and Vette, best friends forever. http://i874.photobucket.com/albums/ab302/SeeMeSmile123/confrontation_zps96ecc3a0.png http://i874.photobucket.com/albums/ab302/SeeMeSmile123/sideshot_zpsef0eac58.png http://i874.photobucket.com/albums/ab302/SeeMeSmile123/mask_zps404f3195.png I like the way the mask looks with the pipes/tubing on the neckpiece, they go together pretty well.

  8. I mainly go with LS choices, just because It's my first real play through and I'm trying to make the choices that I'd pick if I was actually there. I've been going for a "does her job and does it well" type sith without going overboard with the brutality and killing just for the sake off it. I'll have to admit though there was something about force slamming that Sith lord's wife into a wall in front of her panicky son that made me giggle a lot, I'm going to have to do a mindlessly evil Sith lord sooner or later just for the awesome DS scenes, for now though I just like playing rationally for the most part so on the whole lightside.
  9. I make it a general rule not to be cruel just for the sake of it, it's not really one that I have to enforce though as a lot of the sadistic type actions, killing for the lulz, etc just seem pointless. I just go with the more rational, goal-driven choices whilst at the same time keep the general doctrine of the empire in mind, that way my SW seems like a more believable character. If I can advance the cause without violence then that's what I do. Most of the decisions I make automatically make me more light side than not without me even having to make an effort to be so, just play like a reasonable, non psychopathic person and make sensible choices, and you can be a light sided sith without even trying.
  10. In other news: "Lately the Sith Empire have had to make drastic cuts in it's planet-killer super weapons programme, however with the increasing need to silence republic worlds and dissident imperial colonies, high command have resorted to a simple but effective experimental strategy of throwing morbidly obese Sith lord: Darth Baras out of the airlock from orbit over the target planet's surface, it is said that the resulting impact is estimated to have an asteroid effect on the planets environment, essentially dooming all life there to painful, drawn-out period of worldwide extinction. Our boys and girls at the R&D department have done it again!"
  11. I'd say because they want power and they want it quick and easy, when following the light side you use your abilities without thinking of yourself, and it's all about learning to limit the power you exert over others in the name of the greater good. You acknowledge that your know more/less important than the rest of life in the galaxy and that as someone enlightened with that knowledge you have a duty to keep the peace and maintain balance/harmony wherever you can for the good of all. < a selfish, power hungry individual does not see the point in this and will never understand as they lack the empathy skills needed to see that they should not hoard power as others will suffer because of it (whether they mean for it or not.) Yes you could counter argue that some people join the darkside to save others e.g someone they love, but ultimately it's still a selfish thing to do, exactly why the jedi forbid attachment. You have to use the light side as a contrast to understand, while a true light side force user e.g. Jedi trains to live in harmony with the force and not for personal gain, a darksider learns their skills exactly for the opposite reason, to become more powerful. Basically it's usually loosers with no patience and everything to fear, that and a sense of unwarranted self importance that join the darkside as a quick and easy way to get what they want. That and some just can't control their emotions very well and fall down the slope into corruption. I think it takes a lot more personal strength to be a successful jedi than it does to be a sith personally.
  12. I think he means if the galaxy was ruled by an empire at any other point apart from Palpatine taking over because it would cheapen his victory as the Sith lord who took over the entire galaxy, if any empire before his achieved it, his own victory wouldn't be as big of an achievement as it would be if he was the first to achieve it.
  13. In game I prefer the Empire, they're very focused, efficient and decisive. Plus there is something about their style and manner that I prefer, the officer tunics are well designed and the troopers look better in my opinion, also the star destroyer type frigates and other warships echo the sequel trilogy's empire brilliantly who's aesthetics I've always preferred, their style has a very harsh, militaristic look to it yet it's sleek and stylish. They also have that "get s*** done" vibe going on about them too which I find appealing. They seem more like the type geared to win a war out of the two. < Usually IRL this has too many negative consequences to be the preferred way of doing things, too many innocent lives destroyed, but in fiction the ruthlessly efficient factions are usually the ones I side with. Adding to the above like others have said if I actually lived in the SW universe, I'd have to pick the Republic, they may not be as efficient, but you're more likely to come across people who actually give a damn about protecting those who need it, plus your life isn't dictated by sociopathic power hoarders like the Sith who would kill/torture you without a second thought to achieve their own ends (< survival of the fittest at it's ugliest.) The republic has more humanity to it and that's important, as tempting as the glorious and powerful Sith Empire is. As for societies protectors I'd pick the jedi over the sith any day, as self righteous and dogmatic as they are the less worse choice the way I see it.
  14. Here's a bounty character I'm experimenting with at the moment, his name is Kroger, just Kroger: http://i874.photobucket.com/albums/ab302/SeeMeSmile123/kroger3_zps91dbe576.png The basic idea I had for Kroger is that he's an ex-soldier who was rebuilt against his will as a cyborg by a shady group, who salvaged him after he was wounded by an artillery blast during battle, hence the horrific facial burns. Not only have they rebuilt parts of his body, but they've also tampered with his mind and many of his memories to the point where he doesn't even remember his own name or even which planet he was born on. The group intended to use him as a prototype in a line of illegally enhanced soldiers to be sold to private army's and criminal organisations. However before their plan came to fruition, project 'Kroger' escaped and massacred them all. He then unleashed himself into the galaxy, using the vicious killing instinct and tactical skills that had been programmed into him to carve out a brutal career as a bounty hunter. He enjoys fighting and is very unfriendly to most people, but is very intelligent allowing him to use well thought out tactics that complement his enhanced physical skills very well and is for all intents and purposes a designer psychopath.
