  1. Not having issues and not noticing the issues are two different things. A friend of mine was over the other day and he plays tor as well and says he has no problem with the new patch. I show him my system and the obvious stuttering problem and he just looks at me like I'm nuts. He honestly doesn't see the stutter and thinks everything is normal. So my thought is that his system probably has the same issues, he just doesn't notice them...
  2. GTX 670. Tried all the drivers that support this card. (No, the 2xx series do not work with the newer models and personally, I use FXAA in a LOT of different games as well as Adaptive V-Sync and will not go back to an older driver version that doesn't support these newer technologies.) Tried a clean install of EVERYTHING on the system. Windows, Drivers, Game+Patches Latest DirectX Redist updates. (June 2010 were the latest I could find) Running the game in windowed mode eliminates most of the micro-stutter that I noticed after the 1.4 patch, however there is a noticeable performance drop not being in fullscreen and really can't be played like that any better than having the stutter. And since several people have told me to disable Crossfire or SLI, I should point out that I only have the ONE card, and disabling something that is NOT enabled simply won't work Besides being silly in the first place.. isn't the whole point of a 2nd 3rd or 4th GPU to INCREASE performance?
