  1. Disturbance spam and instant TK waves? Sure they're not free, but with force attack crits giving a 50% force reduction, you could probably get out some decent DPS without using much of the force pool.
  2. Not to be a downer... but I absolutely cannot believe you can hit those numbers without Salvation. Pics please *Trolling done* But staying more on topic... remember once 1.2 hits, deliverance with literally be ATLEAST half as effective do to the fix to conveyance (no more double deliverance) + the fastest you'll be able to cast it is 2s with lots of alacrity. Not to mention you will rarely get any deliverance casts off since classes now have twice as long to interrupt us. The best talent in the seerer tree come 1.2 will be the spammable force shield. After that, I dunno if anything else will be worth it in PvP. Also remember, a number of classes are going to be doing even more DPS, healing at best will become a minor inconvenience. Do you really want to nerf your DPS further by talenting into the lackluster healing? I'll wait for final judgement, but I forsee our CC abilities becoming a far greater asset than our heals, atleast in PVP.
  3. I've ran with this build before. I think this is the ONLY way you can play as a pvp healer come 1.2. The aoe root and the "blinding flash" from force shield expiration are absolutely necessary CC abilities that will give us time to get off of some of our single target heals. When I ran this build, Force Shield became my primary heal (everyone ALWAYS had it on them... or atleast every 17s). The only issue is the loss of the AOE heal of course, which is leaps and bounds better than any other class's aoe heals. Overall, there will be a lot more people dying, and a lot more people complaining about "waaaaaay too much CC".
  4. I don't know if I just suck, but I can't see how I'm going to heal some bosses with the changes they're implementing. There are times where I absolutely need the burst healing to keep the tank up and it will frankly be impossible with the changes. I guess we'll need to carry more hybrid healers into OPs I guess... I dunno. Don't even get me started on PvP... at valour 59 currently I have almost exclusively leveled in full seerer. Our aoe healing will still be great, but the nerf to our single target burst healing is really frustrating. Given how much I am usually harassed in a WZ, I may not see much of a drop in my healing numbers... but I presume there will be a lot more people dying that I normally would have saved. Thankfully I have a sentinel that's nearly 50 that will be a bit more fun to play once healing becomes way too frustrating.
  5. I don't think I'm an experience gamer by many standards. SWTOR and LOTRO being my only mmo's in 5 years. Long story short... my favourite part of the MMO's was being in areas thriving with other players. There was a time in lotro when dev run bosses showed up randomly in world and 120 people would show up to take her on. In both SWTOR and LOTRO, when those types of numbers showed up in the same place, there is a general server meltdown and the area becomes unplayable (downer). So my question for the technologically inclined. How far are we from a truly massive MMO? How long til technology allows games to run fluently with 10,000 people experiencing content side by side? (maybe an exaggeration... I'll take 200 at this point ). In people's experience, what is the current "densest" mmo that's available?
  6. 16/7/18 is what I run. Good DPS with above average heals. The build puts out great single target heals, but is a force hog if you're spamming heals. http://www.torhead.com/skill-calc#600GhMRbzZf00MZcMcRs0z.1 There are 2 points I left off. Where they go doesn't really matter much imo, personal preference.
  7. Pretty standard hybrid. I would take the points from blockout and put it in forcewake though, I love that root (especially around fire/acid). Also I'm surprised with the points in inner strength instead of mental longevity. I don't know about the exact math, but I seem to have less force regen issues with a larger pool rather than 9% force cost.
  8. I've heard recent unconfirmed rumors you can use tumult in pvp now. As far as the imperial mirror to force lift, I don't know the name, but the animation looks like you're covered in purple lightning for 8s (unless you take dmg).
  9. I generally use it for getting off 2 crit deliverance heals or FiB if I'm just looking for some pretty numbers.
  10. If you continuously queue up Disturbance after Disturbance, the activation time actually begins before the animation finishes so it appears like you're spamming it with no CD. HINT: set your skill queue in preferences to the max (1sec)
  11. You lost me here. <- Ball Buster
  12. Main advantage is the increased CC that doesn't affect resolve (sever force) and increased "sneaky damage" from DoTs. It's a fun build, but the lack of burst dps I find hurts in warzones, but it's pretty great in 1v1's and generally fun. As far as rotation I usually... FiB -> weaken mind -> sever force -> TK throw -> *hopefully* mind crush with no cooldown... from there on it's just a kite game and reapply dots mixed with project.
  13. Well that's bogus. I'd definitely bug it then. Won't get to test for myself for another week or so.
  14. Something more obvious would be nice. But currently I just keep an eye on my bar. After getting used to seeing the same buffs etc., it's easy to see proc.
  15. I'll say 50/50... if I knew I was always going to be targeted by premades, I would go forcewake. But if I'm not being targeted, I have seriously hurt my healing output by losing the AOE heal and severely reducing my force regen. PS. I haven't found kinetic collapse to be worth the points... but that's just me. Seems like I'm rarely being dps'd by melee.
