  1. There definitely is a decline in server population. Figures/news articles can't fill the emptiness that is on most servers. It isn't about the 1.7mil or whatever figure the PR team releases to the blogosphere, it's about people literally not having others to play with. MMOs to me are about playing with others and building a community. Whats the point if there are no other people to build it with? Day after day I log in, I see less people in guild. Day after day I log in, I see less people in fleet. Where did everyone go... to another planet... to another server... to another game... I don't know. I just know they are gone and probably wont come back. But seriously, we need more people.... I don't care if 1.7 mil is successful or not, it seems we need 11 mil subs to make this feel like an MMO. And that 1.7 mil figure will go down till the emptiness is filled and people stop complaining about "dead" servers. Cross-server wz/fp will sadly be the bandage for a overly hemorrhaged wound that is infected. 10 people in fleet, no problem... I will play with 3 other people on 3 different and "dead" servers. I'm not complaining, I'm just starting to take notice of a bigger problem starting to affect my once larger server. Ugh, I just bummed myself out, time to solo queue. Edit: My server is Iron Citadel
  2. I find it odd that I fly into a planet then end up on a space station. I've never seen a space station in those cut-scenes.
  3. I joined a losing warzone that started with 4 people.... wait, it was yours
  4. I actually just made a thread about this too. I think even higher populated servers are going to see a gain in que times because players are splitting between reg, solo rated, and group rated ques. I'm just worried it's going to backfire without cross-server games and leave people feeling bitter with the implementation of it. Of course, I see BW saying it's just the "pre-season" and they are still working on it. Guess we will see
  5. Since there isn't going to be cross-server warzones implemented at the start of the patch, how are the queue times going to be affected with people splitting between both regular, solo rated, and group rated warzones? Curious if others have thought about this or know if it won't be an issue and I'm just worrying for no reason.
  6. Made me laugh because that's what it seems like! Nice one.
  7. I would like to see something like that, but I'm not sure if it would be OP or not. I can already see people crying about it in huttball. Though I cry when I see jedi/sith run/leap away with it
  8. The skill does have a "kill me" sign associated with it. I don't know, I've used it as a means to tell someone where to find me and help or to pass the huttball. What I want to see is that if an enemy passes through it, they take damage. Crossing the beam has a terrible effect on those it isn't designated for. Oh, I would love it...
  9. I ran through an Imperial base, which was funny because I didn't know it was one. I some how went around all the guards and was shocked when I saw a 50 imp droid after me. In the end, I stealth'd through the base as a trooper, if you catch my meaning.
  10. Just think... what if 4x was a little Japanese girl in a white dress and hair over half her face.
  11. Does anyone else want to see 4x move away from you? I can't use his because he looks like he's about to dry hump my right leg and I didn't order a pleasure bot. He just looks over your shoulder (at you) while walking like a crab, just thinking about it makes me... Maybe this is something I hate about a lot of companions, just how they stare you down all the time and walk towards you oddly. I would just like to see my companion look around once in a while and stand to my left. Anyways, what do you guys think?
  12. Just my 2 cents... I agree with what your saying, I wish there were more epic battles where you see one thousand troopers land and a battle erupts between both sides, at least in cut scenes. As far as the tech goes for this game, I don't think most people could run it. Look at Ilum and watch a 50v50 battle. Also, I don't think MMOs can really capture the feel of battle like a FPS or strategy game can. When I do play the trooper, I think they built his/her play experience like the game Republic Commando, where you play a clone nicknamed Boss and have 3 squad mates. But the battles do feel epic because it's a FPS game. (http://starwars.wikia.com/wiki/Star_Wars:_Republic_Commando) I'm not being a killjoy or saying it shouldn't happen. I want giant masses of soldiers at fleet, I want a giant battles, I want to see waves of soldiers shooting/fighting, I want to see one side come out victorious after hours of fighting, problem is... I just don't see it happening for years to come.
  13. I find myself not using it in pvp battles because it's on the GDC. You never know who someone is going to burst on and wanting to put trama probe or use a heal on someone can be a life or death thing. I do see the benefits of it negating white damage, but like I said, I skip it when group battles start. I have been placing it on tanks/other players that guard doors. run balls, and sit on nodes. Other than that, I would just like it off the GDC for group battles. I don't know if that would be OP, I would leave that up to the super computer that calculates this stuff.
  14. It was a fun "bonus-mission" to go through with him. It's fun to see what happens at the end and why it did. Let's just say, I ended it this series with a bang.
  15. Same could be said about a guy who calls someone out for using "nade"... seriously, you think someone tries to be cool for using that? Then again, your the one with the brain, what do I know, I said nade... also, fix the errors in your sentence cool guy.
