Alright, I just recently built my new desktop, not even a month old and I have in my opinion pretty awesome parts. To get to the point, im having a horrible time running swtor the way that I feel my machine should run considering the specs that I have. I am no genius in any way shape or form and to be honest have no idea the wording or correct terms for a computer issue. My main problem with my machine is low frame rates, I can spike all the way down to 15fps! Please someone give me some insight.
