under level 50 there isn't much of a difference, if there wasn't a main stat for the piece and it was just endurance, then you're fine, that guy obviously didn't even bother to inspect you to check the stats, he was most likely going by look alone. it's actually quite popular for the Heavy armor jedi/sith to wear the BH/Trooper gear just for looks. My brother bought some orange trooper gear cause he like the look of it on his guardian better than the orange guardian gear he had at the time. Sorry if that was a bit rambling, let me know if you need me to explain some more

While that is mostly true, there are a few exceptions, Revan and Malak being the most prominent(I know Revan says that isn't his real name, but it's what he goes by even when he's not a Sith) Darth Zannah was another who went by her given name. and there was probably a few others we don't know about. So it's entirely possible that he could be a descendant of Visas.

^What this guy said, the canon is specific to you, so even though there are hundreds of characters running around, lore wise, theres only the one of each class. So for example, when the character runs a flashpoint, if it was a full group, canonicly, it would be, 1 jedi Consular, 1 Jedi Knight, 1 trooper, and 1 smuggler, race, gender, and advanced classes are the debatable things, and i don't see BW saying one is canon over all the others, so as not to alienate all the people who already rolled characters that are in their head "Canon".

Hello, So I'm a new 50, just hit it the other day, and I want to start running Ops or HM Fashpoints, I've been looking around, and I can't seem to find a decent list or guide on what ype of gear to wear/best gear to get. So I was hoping someone here can tell me what to do, so I don't queue up for an Op and fail at it. Thanks! I'm not sure on this, but doesn't Kira explain that only two Jedi who have basically been raised in the Order allowed to marry? so that would make it ok for the Jedi Knight or consular, but not Kira since she wasn't raised in the Order. Like I said, I'm not sure, cause I have yet to play a Knight, but did watch a video on Kira
