Agreed. The 460 is a good card, but is known to use a lot of power, and maybe a little loud.

I think the 1GB is video ram, not system ram. I think the system being asked about should run SW:ToR fine.

QFT. Turning shadows off made a big difference on my C2Q 6700/Radeon 4850/4GB system. Turning shadows off helps most, if not all MMOs, from my experience.

Try going to your quest tracker/journal and deselect tracking the quest.
