Doesn't need to be immediately, you just need to be in Heroic Moment. Which nicely locks them out of PvP use. The funny thing is, my Sith Assassin gave me Force Storm. Which isn't an Assassin skill to begin with!

It's not on the fleet - you have to travel to Kass or Coruscant. The reward items are level 14 and level... 30ish I think.

Yeah... I think Bioware put it under 2. In any case, its annoying, I can have a warrior run around with giant swords, but I can't get anything of the sort for an assassin. They could at least give us the vibrostaves from KotoR.
