Because (1) merger in mmo speak means failing game and (2) they hate us all or least have no respect for us.

Also I would like to add this is the last product I buy fro ea/bioware either one because of these reasons on top of the ME3 tragedy and ea's base ideology that these games do not belong to people who paid good money for them but remain their property and forced people who for example bought the game for xbox to buy a key for each account on that xbox that would want to play it or any add-ons.

I'm gonna be leaving to play GW2 for a list of reasons including 1. I began playing in early access so that I could experience some perks of being on that early and I was also part of a pre-registered guild. Bioware directed me to lord adraas server with said guild where I proceeded to level and play whith the names I got by being on in early access. the server transfers were not optional as my server dropped to having 7 people on fleet during peak hours. And all of a sudden all my names were gone, stolen by bioware's decision to force server merges. 2. Low interactivity and lack of realism. The lack of chairs and day night cycle is unsettling and the fact that 6 months after launch they are still working on features we should have had at realease has convinced me that either the things we obviously desire as players ie chairs that work or chat bubbles or ability to dye armor either do not matter to the dev team or they are not able to give them to us. 3. Allotted coolness level. Apparently we can't have tanks that work because that would cause the game to feel like fun instead of a real job. the repeated nerfs are also unsettling as operative dps is non existent and jugg tanks having already been sited as lowest damage was nerfed. the idea that in order for us to get a threat buff we need an equal damage nerf so our threat numbers effectively stay the same is defunct and doesn't work. 4. RAF Mount. I referred several people to this game prior to the RAF system and after them handig out a lv 50 mount to lv 10 for doing raf has sickened me and I really do regret referring them here after all of the gaming letdowns that have been this game. 5. Customer service is horrible I have been instructed to use workarounds that are exploits been informed that if the game screws me out of more than 5 items they cannot help and been told that any other problems were user errors and dismissed. 6. PTS? I have tested patches on pts to provide bug reports and repeatedly have to file the same reports when they send the game live without fixing anything I belive they think test server is for preciew and hype creation instead of testing. a theory backed up by how many patches never get tested. So I am still around until GW2 because at least I know what to expect from them and if it wears out of fun at least I knew what I was getting into at start and didn't pay for months of subs to be dismissed entirely. Bioware's lack of concern over sub numbers has adversely affected gameplay with the philosophy that us quitting helps them make more money. Whereas NCsoft continues to produce new content for their cash shop without worrying about sub fees.

I actually bought a copy for a friend back before refer a friend program and to see free lv 50 mounts for lv 10 sickens me, I talked up the game to all my friends in beta and early access which is referring them on top of the one copy I paid for in addition to my own. the worst part is there is no equivalent item and I certainly don't think paying $55 for a mount that is statistically better than what I got as part of digital deluxe is a slap in the face to those of us who have been here since day one of early access.

not questioning the need for restart I am gathering info about the lack of in game server alerts about shutdown one of which was scheduled and the other was known about hours in advance but there was no server alert.

Ok for the last scheduled maintenance and for the middle of the day maintenance that was only announced on twitter we on ebon hawk received no shutdown warnings to let us know it was coming up. Please post if you also did not get server shutdown notice and make sure to list your servers. Do not rant about bout hating things or what not I just want to get a list of those affected so it is brought to bioware's notice.

I recruited 3 people to the game who are still subscribers and I paid for one of those people's game and sub at startup to get them started and now you give free mounts for recruiting and I have no one else I could possibly recruit. I am finding less and less desire to play as we still don't have chairs among other things and each Q&A and patch makes it more clear that my friends and I are not valued customers. Adding a speeder that I cannot get now because I recruited someone before you decided to do this is one more reason that a loyal player is completely passed over.

I would like to add my votes for slave outfit, elegant dress and imperial dancer clothes being made available for males and formal and other stuff being equippable for females. Mostly the elegant dress because I want to wear white without having to be female or social 5 . sidenote I have social x on my main and social 6 on my first alt but I don't wanna have to do that many more BT runs just to get voss robes as my only white clothing options since they are not making social levels part of legacy.

Why did you reduce tank damage for juggernauts/guardians as you had stated before they had the lowest damage already?

bw seems to be picking lame questions to answer like repeatedly answering the same questions and doing it just as vaguely as the last time or answering questions by saying they have no answer. And ignoring questions people keep asking about tank damage reductions or character re-customization or chairs that work or any other number of quality of life things. Why waste time with a Q&A if you are not going to actually provide answers to questions? Especially when you are selecting the questions. Please stop answering the same questions and especially stop providing the same answer as before, maybe provide a Q&A Sticky in the forum so people can see all previous questions.

Everything in Red is bad. advance class respec would be abused as p2w since the tank sin can switch to healer sorc and collect both gear sets since they drop as class tokens then switch just to play whichever is fotm or whatever there is a spot for. Vanity stuff listed should be freely included in what we already have. faster leveling stuff is already provided through legacy if you cannot figure out how to use 350 extra presence and all four buffs to figure out how to level then l2p if you simply don't want to put in the effort to unlock those things nobody cares. I have a free lv 1 speeder from deluxe that I already paid for and anyone can currently pay to upgrade to deluxe. And for the final statement under don't want all new content should be universal.
