not just agile mod 18 either i have noticed 4 other blues that i can't R/E to learn the purples... one i crafted for the first time and it said "no research available" so this has to be a glitch

Ok i have been learning all my cybertech epics. i craft greens R/E learn blues, craft blues R/E learn purples.... not hard. ok well the blue Agile Mod 18A says nothing can be learned from R/E. Well Advanced Agile Mod 18A the purple is not in my list. i dont want to R/E a bunch of blues for nothing. How do i fix this? I am lvl 41 right now, 400 cybertech and i would really like to be wearing this.
