  1. Could we get flying mounts? The swtor planets are great, it would be awesome to see them from the air. I'm pretty sure with a few tweaks quite a few speeders could do terrestrial flight I'm sure. For areas you don't want us flying just call it 'restricted airspace' that shoots you out of the sky. Make them really, really hard to get for all I care. But it would be awesome for players that are legacy 50, have achievements for all classes etc.
  2. I've still not seen clarification if we get ONE free level 60 (per account) or ONE (per server) or as many as we like. Could I hop on a different server and make 16 new level 60s? Or do I just get one? I'm not suprised there isn't a faction merge, but please, please, let the fleets be destroyed. The fleets need to go, and this is the time for that to happen.
  3. Currently recruiting DPS and Healers for a NEW Hard Mode and Nightmare Mode progression team within PCG. I am Bocephus, the GM of the PCG Mint Imperials. Unfortunately, my former raid team 'Ootini' disbanded recently due to players leaving for work/bored & frustrated with game etc. We had been a team for 3 years and achieved all content in the game such as DP and DF NIM timed runs, and hateful entity. We were 8/10 HMs and quite close to getting Coratanni (20% wipe). This new team is currently 7/10 on the HMs, but is definitely still in the early stages and we need to find people that fit well with us to achieve our long term goals. We raid: (UK time) Thursday 7.30 - 10.15 Sunday 7-10.15 Monday 7.30-10.15 We are aiming to achieve 9/10 HMs, and Revan post nerf realistically, to make progress on NIMs if/when they come out. But not at the expense of fun and enjoying the game - we won't be a super hardcore team, just a group of good players looking to progress through achievable content. To prolong content cycles we aim to play 2 characters each, mains and alts, so I encourage applicants to play multiple roles eg dps/heal or dps/tank. I don't agree with the 'i only dps' attitude. We also would like players with a mic who engage in conversation and have a mature attitude to wiping and progression, with long term goals and able to see a bigger picture rather than instant wins/gratification. A mix of what I'd expect and what I want. - 2 x new raids - HMs for FPs - Make all tactical FPs like KUAT - New planet to level 55-60 on - More pvp maps and gamemodes, 8v8 ranked pvp - Make winning conquest/being top 10 actually do something (bonuses to crafting/XP/money or something) - Make guild ship rooms actually do something (bonus points, multipliers, abilities etc) - New skill tree for each AC - Overhaul to UI in terms of buffs/debuffs/dot tracking etc - Increase to NPC limit on strongholds - Make hitting a commander auto pvp flag, make so commanders can't be reset - Overhaul to crafting window. (doesn't close window etc), allow extra crafting companions, overhaul to crits and companion bonuses - Reduce picture guild shiop/stronghold costs - Make legacies do more eg. level 50 increases levelling speed of alts, reduces cost of abilities on alts etc
  5. I agree too. I was away for work Monday/Tuesday so had to hand over leadership for those days. I completely trust the people I can do that with, but would rather just give them access to do it at their rank (officer).
  6. For me a really annoying change too. I liked having the map up on a high fade and being able to move and navigate at the same time? Why should I have to click to the side to do this? It makes no sense. Please change it back!
  7. Still high demand for good dps to fill spots in our established teams, and also in a new team we are making! Established teams have DF/DP HM Farm, have done TFB NIM and are starting SV and DF NIM, but you don't have to have done this content to apply.   8. As smash was being nerfed, we wanted to give it a good sendoff so decided to setup the biggest possible smash we could. Much to our delight, we managed to hit 5x20k+ for a smash of 103,981 total, with a biggest hit of 21,127. Thanks to members of PCG (myself, Baxeg, Cazz, Ord, Ghos't & Sithmeister) and ex-PCG, now <Boats n Hoes>' Kari (the smasher - nexhilious) and Jim for getting this done quickly on Sunday! Here is the video. It should be relatively obvious how it was done I hope.

  11. Updated top post. NOTE: We have had a LOT of interest for our new raid team. (50+applicants in February). As such are trying to form two. We are dealing with and organising this into our structures currently. If you apply please take into account we are sorting through a lot of people at the moment!   12. Hello, Raiding times are between 7pm and 11pm GMT. Normally we do 7-10.30 ish, but it is up to the group. Could start later and end at 11 or whatever, but between those times. The days (and number of days) will basically be up to the group and who can do what. Normally a raid team does 2-3 days a week. These days are usually Thursday, Sunday and Monday. I would quite like to have this new team on days OTHER than that so we have a bit of crossover for substitutes between teams.

Progression: We have 4 teams so this is hard to type out. Please see our progression here With a lull in actual progression until new NIMs come out this seems like the perfect time to nurture a new HM+ raid team into existence. If you are interested please read on. If you aren't interested in progression raiding but still would like to join us please apply, we welcome everyone. How does PCG do raiding? The way we run progression raids in this guild is to have teams of set 8 players who work together to achieve their goals. We have found this to be extremely effective. Currently we have 4 raid teams: Ootini, Dikutla, Knightfall and Krayt Dragon. They all have great success with progression from HMs(weekly farms in one night) to NIMs(timed clears). We are going to form a 5th team to offer this raiding experience to new members. How do you form teams? I have created two teams from scratch in the past and have a process. Team Krayt Dragon is my success story; they are now farming HMs and working on NIM progression. However it takes time to get to this stage and many player changes will happen as we work towards a strong team that works well together. What will be expected of you as a raider? - Reliability. This is very important. You will have set raid days and times and you will show up! If you can't you let your raid leader know with as much time as possible. - Know your class. You will put time and effort into understanding your class, specs, how to gear and your role. - Communication. In and outside of raids. We use mumble and these forums. - Use the website. Events will be made and you are expected to sign up to them so everyone knows you are coming. - Enthusiasm! - Patience. Wipe stamina is important, and patience with other players to learn mechanics too. Also, this will take time to form. How do I apply for the new team? Please make an application on our website here and we will sort you out from there. If you have questions beforehand please just ask me. When/how will we get started? Once we have 3-4 suitable applicants we can start. Myself, other officers and guildmembers will fill in the other spots on geared alts. We are a large enough guild to do this. Our hope and goal is that with each week there are less of us and more of the new team. This will not be a quick process but over time we will be left with 8 new players raiding together who know each other and function as a team.   14. Please do not change the basic mechanic of 'heat' in the future. It is the most interesting energy management system in the game and actually requires you as the player to think before using abilities. I agree that the vanguard/merc needs a % bar like the Bounty Hunter. It is REALLY important to know EXACTLY what % you are at because that dictates what ability you can use without going over 40%. (eg Arsenal the magic number is 23% and for Bodyguard it is 29%). Just yeah, don't change heat please. It's basically just energy backwards anyway. There is no problem with the mechanic, the issue lies within certain classes rotations and individual abilities heat/ammo cost.

Team is currently HM capable but with time will look to NIM progression if possible. 3 Raid nights a week. Thurs/Sun/Mon. Somewhat flexible for right candidate.
