  1. One thing that would probably make it great on a console is the controller scheme and the fact that they would likely have to get rid of some abilities or only let you map certain ones to certain keys. I find on the pc even with my razor I spend most of my time looking at the cool downs in my rotation vs actually enjoying the animations. Their dragon age game did a pretty good job, though I would think they could have mapped some more with a whole left trigger being used as a kind of shift key. That would allow this game to have piles of buttons and it would be quick to use them too.
  2. Yeah. current gen hardware is a bit better then my pc, and my pc runs this game fine. controller scheme would need some work and design but I can't imagine that being a HUGE deal. There are 15 keys on the xbox controller basically. I use a razor mouse with 12 keys and I'm pretty good. I rarely have to use the anything on keyboard besides for locking on to folks. they could deal with that via just directional thumb sticks or dpad or something. I also imagine this could be a nice spot of revenue if it could be done quickly enough to cash in on the new star wars buzz. Either way, Console gamers are used to paying for games. The whole monthly perhaps not, but at least it wouldn't have to be free to play . If it was they could maybe sell the game at first with a year subscription automatically. Then switch to free to play..
  3. The DC game was pretty good on ps3/ps4 and ran pretty good. This game would be pretty fun and popular one would think on a console. There is certainly no game like it this gen besides maybe dragon age of course. I have an OK pc, but I'd still prefer to play it on Console if I had the choice. I'd even pay the 60-80 bucks for it all over again.
  4. I understand some folks want it to take a very long time to level up, but I personally think it takes way way too long to level up currently. I can see the first time, fine but i find not only does it take too long to level up but I don't want to do all the crappy side quests either on every toon. I enjoyed it all on my first toon, and maybe my second, but after that i simply want to be able to level up fairly fast. 25% bonus, and rested simply doesn't make me level fast enough. I am often having to sit around pvping to level up to get even close to the level i'm supposed to be on the planet i need to get to. I personally love the idea of double xp for everyone on the week-ends or maybe if some people don't want that then give out better xp items. Those who don't want to use them can chuck em or sell them.
  5. is watchman broken now in pvp? i'm switching back to watchman and having a heall of a time with it now. It used to be fun, but now the dots just seem to get healed away constantly.. ***?
  6. thats mostly it. That middle skill tree for sages looks cool, but there is something lacking in it compared to teh far right. I didn't want the far right nerf'd, just a little balance bewteen the 2. I have been looking at numbers and it seems like the top ability in that tree can't even out perform tk throw in damage. That seems wrong. The damage output from that top power (especially with the cast time) should be a bit higher. 30% or so in my opinion. It should be harder hitting then anythign else we have. I also would like to see disturbance tweaked. Not sure what.. maybe slightly faster cast or something. *shrug*
  7. i should have said i play a sentinel, and a sage at level 50 and a guardian at level 40. I'd really like to play those other trees, but i feel like I have to play the far right tree because it's sooo much better in pvp.
  8. I see lots of posts about how the focus tree for jedi classse and even the sages are out of balance with the other trees when it comes to pvp. Any word on them looknig at this? It is annoying to get lept and sweaped by 4 smashers in a row. Seems a bit odd. I think a quick and eeasy fix for the jedi class is just to take away the armor pen for focus. That 30% all the time is way better then 4.5 seconds of 100 i think?
  9. i play one, and i' think it should not stun when cast on friendlies. The tk tree could use some other buffs though for those who like to use that tree vs heal. Bubble stuns constantly during a game makes it not much fun. The smash monkey crap isn't cool either. That also needs tweaked.
  10. Hi folks, I have a level 50 sage and i certainly have a hard time keeping people alive when being focused on by a tough dps. I normally can't get my abilities off fast enough to heal them. That being said - when I'm playing as a sentinel, i have seen me and tank go after someone and simply watch their live go striaght up to full in a few shots. Is the sage just no good in pvp or am i doing something suber wrong here?
  11. yeah i have ranked 2 classes to 50 doing 90% pvp. I'm only one my 3rd or 4th planet. Maybe it's my server, but i hve yet to find someone. I just spent the day asking around about pvp guilds still yet to find one. This would be so simple on xboxlive . I'd already be in a guild after all thsi tiem that is heavy pvp. Frustrating.
  12. I have been warzoning all day and i've starting to notice i can't take out healers. They just speed away and heal to full.
  13. I really feel like I have to play focus now. ***. I really enjoyed my watchman before this. Then tried combat, but even that doesn't come close to focus. The ability to simply leap in and do >5k hits on everyone is just too nice. As pointed out in this post. A single target hard hitter is not the same as one that hits a piile of people.
  14. guess you folks don't like this idea? hehe:(
