Thank you for your help guys but there is still a point to be made here.. We should not as players have to find an exploit to accomplish a goal that should be readily available with little difficulty within the structure of the game. They give us a legacy system and in my opinion don't allow players to utilize it's full potential with ease. What is good for one level of gear should apply to all levels of gear.. One way or the other.. I still would like a Dev to step in here and tell us why but I have a feeling that isn' t going to happen.

I know you can transfer mods you get with planetary coms. I stated that in the original post, assuming that's what your talking about, but you cant transfer campaign level pieces (61).. and you can transfer artifact level gear (66).. point im trying to make is why do we need to be stuck with useless coms ? It's also a gear set you outgrow fairly quickly.. the fact is the system needs to be more polished.

What Im talking about is the level 61 gear that you get with the basic coms.. weekly coms can be spent to by artifact 66's and i can do whatever i want with them.. We shouldnt have to jump through hoops to find ways around a system which is atm very inconsistent.. some gear is BOP and some is BOE.. point is.. legacy gear costs like 100K each piece unless you get a drop.. Pulling mods cost credits too.. Bioware needs to get their stuff together and make it player friendly. I can understand restricting arkanian gear and underworld but why campaign ? They used to throw a free Tionese set at us for 0 ?

This goes right to the foundation of the legacy system. As many people know many of us have more than one character that we have leveled and when it comes to end game and gearing, why are we not permitted to either 1) transfer commendations to other characters in your legacy or 2) be able to transfer the gear to alternate characters ? We can have HK which is not so easy to get throughout our legacy if we pay the small cartel coin grant. So why is it that we can't utilize basic coms to help initially gear alternate toons ? It's not really taking a shortcut with coms that we rightfully earned by doing the quests in question. As it stands right now my coms are useless and untransferable to a higher level of com unlike the pvp coms which can be transferred to ranked. I know many players would see this as unfair because they have one character but thats a choice.. They too can choose to level up to 12 characters just like everyone else. Before you go on saying it would be too easy.. well no we earned the coms therefore haven't we earned the right to use them ? I mean is it really that big of a deal to bind gear to legacy rather then bind on pickup ? I can buy mods all day long with planetary coms and send them wherever i want so why cant we do this with the other tiers of gear ? Would a developer please read this and answer this.

In my time in this game I have seen posts about EVERY class / Every spec being OP at one time or another. Could It be that they are just better players ? Every class has CC, GCD, stuns, knockbacks. Most of the veteran players have alts of every class so they can learn strengths and weaknesses and learn to counter. I have an assassin alt and dont really consider it to be OP, still a light armor class, if you min/ max a 55 you will do huge damage if your geared right. Your class has CC, stuns and a knockback. the only ability that makes that class more of a pain in the rear is a disengage that puts you in stealth. The assassin's cousin the sorcerer can also be OP with spammable force lightning a potent death field and a recklessness proc that makes it hit like a truck. Snipers are OP in the right players hand so are mara's, powertechs, operatives, and jugs can be close to unkillable in the hands of a good player .. What class and spec are you ? you left that part out

I'm trying to look at this objectively... This is not a level 55 instance.. That being said.. im in 66's with an arkanian main hand.. granted i'm not min max because im between sets.. Ive done this instance Idk 30 tiimes already, never wiped but was turned down for 4 groups this morning now granted the instance mechanic requires you need 4 people to complete it and im sure some folks have been in the unfortunate circumstance at one time or another of picking up a fail player, it has happened to all of us but to come back to me saying... " you're not geared " is ridiculous. So your telling me I gotta grind Hardmodes and raids to back pedal into a lower level instance ? I plan to do all that anyways but that's beside the point. It's not a Op stop treating it like one. Looking more and more like WoW every day.... My advice to the freshies over in section X make friends and form your own groups because the veteran population for the most part expects too much of you.. First time I've ever experienced this and I really hope for the health of the community at large you change your thinking.. Its not a difficult instance once you learn it ( which most of us have)

Im sure there are for all the new mats but the old materials are so diluted that even molecular stabs are 60k and going down now... I'll see what tomorrow brings

The Level 50 daily quests are the same yet... If you happen to wipe in a raid and such.. It can cost you upwards around 25k to around 80K if you happen to wipe multiple times.. Are credits easier to make with the expansion ? I won't get it til Sunday.. Just to clarify I'm not complaining.. Im asking. Not all of us have millions and millions of creds.. I know the goal is not to wipe or die so please save the negativity..

If people are right that are on the PTS.. Bioware has addressed the class imbalances thats about it.. no new warzones.. no new open world PVP just the same old grind all over again at 55. new gear.. and back to the community complaining about how PVP is still broken.. PVP is not a Bioware priority apparently.. But this is all subject to peoples assessment being accurate.

What is stopping anyone from forming the same groups ? Its not new.. It's been going on since launch.. While Voice communication allows you to more effectively respond as a team.. Does that necessarily mean they are better ? not always.. if half the people would listen in Ops chat.. you would have similar results. There is always one or two in a pug that don't listen.. You hold grass and snow and they still try to rambo mid. Honestly you should be allowed to 8 man a WZ.. I wonder how many threads that would spawn.. Popcorn anyone ?
