  1. Can't believe this company accepts such shorty development skills in their workforce. All you idiot PVP devs should count your blessings that your company can't get better devs. Nine months or so you've collected paychecks you aren't worth ever since you ruined swtor by messing up all the stuns
  2. Several times since 2.0 I've noticed players deep inside the Tatooine PVP area whose PVP flags were not turned on. They are without question well inside the open area and have usually been using the seeker droid looking for stuff. Their identification flags stay blue, not not yellow or red. Any attempt to target them (for general annihilation as a matter of principle) fails. The game does not recognize them as an enemy. To add further notes, these players have been imperials while I was trolling on my republic characters. So that rules out and bug due to similar faction.
  3. Could you please tell me what the hell you just said. Honestly, I lost track 15-20 words into the run on paragraph.
  4. I just want to express my gratitude for the 10+ millions earned by crafting over the past week and a half. That is just the amount I managed to keep after getting all of my crafting skills leveled to 450 and obtaining nearly all of the purple schematics for augs, armor, mods, barrels and hilts now available outside of the gear drops. Plus, I still managed a couple of augments and related kits for my main in the process. I still have some work to do on enhancements and another 10 million would be nice. So keep buying! Also, I would appreciate it if some would buy my MK-7 and MK-8 slot components as I will not be using them.
  5. Really, what would be the point of everyone getting 14 slots of top level augments within one week of 2.0 release? Yes, valuable rewards should take some time so get over it. It's not like any clear majority of players has pulled it off ; although, some who were willing to dump huge cash of the GTN probably did. Most of us need to reconfigure our gear anyway and top shelf augments is the least of your problems. It's not like you're at any extreme disadvantage right now anyway. In a month or so they'll suddenly announce an adjustment during a patch which will increase supply a little bit. But you all will still complain.
  6. What should I be crafting specifically to break through to 440 to pick up the next batch of schematics? I tried a few of medpacs and the new implants but my biochem hasn't moved from 435 for any of them. Can someone suggest what item I'm overlooking to get that last push?
  7. Occasionally I find that a well conceived kamikaze run can advance the team's objectives. I'm talking about more than just attacking an off node for harassment purposes. I mean a full on suicide run knowing you're going to die but the stall or whatever it creates is going to help a cap or buy time for reinforcements. I was curious who else has seen fit for planned suicide runs and what kind of settings you used them, and to what result.
  8. The system of scoring seems biased against stealth era unless they camp for defense medals or shrug of stealth to go straight dps or heals. I've gotten used to it, but there have been a number of matches were my stealthing made the difference and we won the match. I'll not sit here and say I'm asking full credit, the whole team contributes. But there have been some matches where stuns, stalling and other harassing techniques unsettled the other team so our dpsers and such could to their jobs better. Now with all that, you don't get medals, damage or heals and therefore no MVP votes. You only get to bask in the silent glory of a job well done. Sucks to be a stealther sometimes.
  9. I want to prebuild some PVP sets for low level toons but storing the mods, enhancements , etc. takes a lot of space. I figure I could reduce that by loading into gear sets. However, my list of orange schematics seems spotty. How can I get more of them?
  10. We won't miss you or your two friends. Please unsub today if you're supporting premades.
  11. There simply is no valid argument for putting a premade group up against a bunch who solo queued. Anyone making an argument to the contrary is simply trying to maintain anunfair advantage. The game is being ruined for many more players than those are who would be harmed because they won't get their daily ego stroke when the can't cheat their way to the top anymore. Yes, ALL premises are cheats. They may not be hacks but the very concept of a premades, and it's often unfair advantage, is cheating every player to go up against. Certainly not all premades meant victory, but the many groups out there that are class and level balancing their groups have ruined it for everyone. On top of this many of them have become quitters when they can't get thei two groups of four into one single match.
  12. I really am not the type to complain about the game. This is actually my first post to the forums. But I felt the need to express the feeling the game has left me with due to the excessive repair bills. At this point an average repair bill is running $6-8k per wipe. This is roughly equal to the reward for one daily. This elevated cost means a bad run on EC HM or TFB HM gets cost prohibitive very quickly. Bad runs can happen simply because we're on our alts or I jumped into a pug that couldn't get it together. Last night, for example, a bad run cost me more then $100k in repair bills and I got nothing for the time spent. Of course more money is always available to me by running the dailies. In fact, I have so many level 50 alts at this point that I could generate millions just running dailies on them all. However, what this does not consider is the basic cost vs. benefit formula or the value of my time in the game. It is simple not worth the effort to do ops that aren't going to go well. The current state of the game regarding repair bills only encourages people to run things that will go well which means using our mains and doing things we've hundreds of times before. That doesn't leave much room for enthusiasism or exploration. It also discourages people from helping others people get gear by leaving them with the question "why should I risk thousands of credits?" So, since the game now discourages these activities, it leaves behind only the routine and repetitive things to do and that isn't enough to want to stay active in the game. And if I'm not active, there's no need to spend my entertainment dollars on SWTOR. This is sad because I've been active for over a year and this is truly the first time I find myself thinking it's not fun to play anymore.
  13. Interesting. If what everyone says is true that would explain the sense of randomness that shows up.
  14. So I guess you smoke a lot because your reply makes no sense. I asked a simple question I've always wondered about.
  15. It clearly skews to higher experienced folks but beyond that seems a bit random.
