  1. Sorry dude, you sound like an easy kill to me. Stealth is something you're just going to have to accept. I am regularly irritated by people who can only get one over on you by stealthing around, but hey, that's war and you aren't helpless... the game revolves around utility and Gunslingers have ALOT of it. From Hunker down, to Pulse Detonator, to my favorite and dispised, Leg Shot. Use these... alot. You know you can't be cc'ed while hunkering down I imagine. Additionally anyone worth their salt uses wz stims (the med pack and resolve booster). And if you can't beat a stealther slow em down for the next guy before you drop by giving him a vital shot DoT. If they fail to notice their escape plan will pop premature as that little tick exposes them again. Finally, you know they're out there and when they get a beat on you... learn to anticipate them... You might hate it but if you don't learn to think like the enemy you're just gonna keep getting rolled. And I got no sympathy for you. Only agreement I'll give is that it's BS that a Shadow/Assassin can pull 350k damage while pulling 150k defense AND 150k heals in one wz. TANKS should not be leading the damage boards, even if it IS a hybrid spec, or the healing boards and certainly not all three.
  2. Yup my 2 cents is with the other, I'm not a fan of the one spec being so massively op to the other specs, but until bioware balances it... You can't really blame people going "Smash." I mean I'm not gonna be a mediocre contributor to my team just cause some butt hurt stains on the ground don't like that there is one spec better than another. I'm gonna be the best my class allows, and if rage gets better damage and survivability than by god I'm gonna do it.
  3. I don't care so much what other people do with their money, but I am just not impressed with these items. The thrones everyone will be riding around in will sure look rediculous and that gammorian (or whatever you call them) axe looks good for little more than chopping wood. But yay new monkey lizard pet to add to the collection of pets I don't run around with and most people won't care about because, hey, they got one too. I'm sorry but I am unimpressed with my neighbors honda civic because, you know what? I got one too. There has to be a way to appeal to the community on a more creative level. Maybe create some mods (since you won't allow people top see the code or make their own) and sell something like a "Recount" mod for $5 in game or something useful. Or how about adding some "Habitable Planets" where people can make an in game home or something more personal. New starship designs? I mean my inquister and warrior got the exact same ride. That just screams lazy developers. I'm honestly on my last leg with the game as it is just to static and impersonal and just down right restrictive. Sadly the community has gotten so small now, I dare say if this were Alderaan Civil War, Bioware needs a three cap to win, so good luck with that.

I used to never rage quit and got mad at quitters and then I realized something... if you stay in the same wz with a bunch of uncooperative pugs against a geared premade and then you reque... you get to fight the same premade with most the same pugs. But, lo, if I leave a match and immediately reque, I get a little variety... maybe a shot to play with competent people. I'll never get WH gear if I stay in losing games all the time.
  5. I've got my own issue I'm not sure has been addressed. (I haven't the time to mill through 13 pages looking for someone to address my issue) So, here it is: I came from Adjunta Pall (RP-PvP) West coast, and was given only the choice of Jung Ma (RP-PvP) East coast to transfer to. As a result my lag doubled because, hello, I live on the west coast. Well 2-3 weeks later I hear they opened up a West coast PVP destination for Adjunta Pall, but I've already been duped into moving to Jung Ma. Can I get my toons moved there, because I'd MUCH rather be on my coast and pvp then to rp which I don't really do anyway. I feel I should have been given an west coast choice going out the gate and now in pvp instead of knocking ball carriers into the fire I knock them toward the goal because I have twice the lag now.
  6. I'd say they aren't happy about Shadows/Assassins either... but they're getting their nerf. Sentiels/Mauraders in PvP have been unstoppable since 1.1 and they got buffed in 1.2. Sure they maybe be killable by the time their 3 CD's are used up, but by then they've already dispatched everything in sight. Sorcerers (I can't speak for Sages) get 2 shotted by geared sentinels and that's just rediculous. You know how to avoid being 2 shotted? You don't. It's over in half the time it takes to use guarded by the force.

Honestly, I am not paying $15 a month to police the game for bioware... if they're getting reports of exploits I'm sure they have the tech to sit in on pvp games and watch the players go at it and see for them selves. I've already heard reports that this is the most hacked game out there to date so as far as I'm concerned Bioware needs to move on this or we should just start posting the various hacks and exploits in the forum here so we can all use them. They won't let us mod but I guess cheating our asses off is ok.

I finally scored a new schem on my re roll... a cunning blaster with defense and shield rating... now defense I might justify, i mean maybe I want my agent or a cunning companion to be harder to hit... but who uses a shield with cunning as the prime stat? Nobody... this shouldn't even be on the table in my opinion... it's like those tech knives with aim. Is there a way to control which stats can go to which items?
  9. Well if I was to bind Nearest Target to Tab... then I would ONLY be able to target the nearest guy... we need smarter UI... Next target should target a guy hiting you before a guy hiting your friend unless perhaps you are tank... and that's why the ui needs to be smarter
  10. Two things, first the simple one, can we move the "Lock Action Bar" button AWAY from our action buttons. The frustration of PvPing is enough without randomly picking up and dropping my moves off my action bar because I accidentally unlocked it. Put it on the map or something. The other is the targeting system. Can you prioritize the targeting system better? Currently if there is a friendly corspe 30m away, a friendly npc vendor droid 25m away, a full health friendly 20m away and an injured ally 5m away right in fromt of me, I hit the target next friendly button and it always selects the worst possible targets... it will target a corpse before a living ally and a fully healed ally before an injured one, and an NPC before a player character... it's retarded. The same for tab targeting... I hit tab and it cycles through enemies that aren't even in range fighting someone else before targeting the sentinel hitting me right in front of me... it's absolutely rediculous.
  11. If they want to make it hard then they can set the chances to 10% for a blue scheme. But don't tell me the chance for the blue scheme is 20% when I've RE'd 15 of them now and gotten nothing. All I am saying is the tooltip strikes me as wrong.

  14. Yes but you would think the chance of rolling a 1-2 out of 10 a single time in 10 tries would be 1 in 5, but at least 1 in 10 you know? BTW I wouldn't complain those times I get it on the second try except as I said above I can count the time that has happened on one hand.
  15. I've broken down 10 Assault Shriekers now, nd the tool tip says I have a 20% chance at a blue schematic. I haven't gotten anything from it but lost materials and time. I understand sometimes you get a series of low rolls but I can count the times I've gotten 2 schemes breaking 5 items on 3 fingers. I can't count how many sets of 5-7 items I've broken apart in a row and not gotten squat. So does this mean Reverse engineering is still broken, broken on some items or am I really this unlucky this consistantly? I mean I'm talking level 9 green items here
