  1. merely further affirms the theory that bonus bosses arent worth the time or effort.
  2. thats assuming your using melee and ranged attacks, force power spam from sorcs requires 0 accuracy.
  3. if they arent willing to assist their comrades to further their own progression you prob didnt need them in the long run. also the same gear can be gained from HM FP, and you shold run them to help get mroe gear so you can do HM OPs. really just need 3+ pieces of columni on everyone, maybe a bit less to start doign HM if you flask up.

  5. if you read the dialogue before the fight, he tells you the first shot will incapacitate, the second will spill your slippery innards onto the floor, its working as intended if you allow the second shot to go off by not aoeing. due to the limited aoe during this phase, stacking up ontop of eachother and aoeing ontop of yourselves is a very easy fix.
  6. we tried that, found that they could only be despawned by their intended targets. only blows up for 4k though when you collide with yours so its not too horrible. whats annoying is sometimes eating an extra tick after they die for total of 12k dmg. sually ticks once and its like 7k total to eliminate one.
  7. guild quickly found running ev reg pointless waste of time aside from showing the new guy fights. ppl seem to be expected to gear up through HM FP. run em daily, get full columni in 2-3 days if lucky, shove em into hard mode ops after 3-4 pieces. rng is annoying though with karraga in terms of getting everyone columni mainhands, and its a pitty we cant turn in our rakata main/offhands. if they fix rakata weapons realistically you could never enter a normal ops, and go straight to hard modes and avoid the situation all together. difficulty wise we found after the gearcheck required for HM OPs wasnt as high as previously speculated - flasks and min 16khps.
  8. have you ever had a good marauder on you? jesus christ, they have enough cds to burn to close that gap and stay on you and drop you in no time. granted they might blow 3-4 cds in an engagement but they have plenty to spare. its all about cd management and popping em consecutively. most agrivating class to fight vs if they're competent as they just dont die and hit like trucks. got some hitting for like 3-4k now with battlemaster gear.
  9. your clicking it too fast, the core bugs out if everyone clicks it the instant it drops. for best results all 4 must be clicked sequentially, and dont kill the droids before that occurs.
  10. no, it is a bug, theres no damn message that tells you it has to be solved N S S N, or your doing somethign wrong. but yes, N S S N is required for hard/nightmare. i just wish there would have been a bloody message that signified you messed up and should have done that.
  11. did no one read patch notes? its even stated in the patch notes Soa's Mind Trap and Force Throw abilities no longer target the same player multiple times; they now target every player in the group once. last i checked tank was a player in the group.
  12. its actually working as intended. 2/8ppl get 2 columni pieces 2/8 get tionese items, 4 ppl get jack. its random grab bags for everyone. on a side note - the EXACT same items also happen to drop outside of raids and you can obtain 5/5 columni without ever stepping foot into the raids. columni belt is an exception. Earpieces and implants seem to be hardmode only from what i have seen of loot drops. the point of regular mode, along with its difficulty seems to be for the purpose of suplemental gear, learning boss mechanics, and seeing content for all players. not saying i approve of the mechanic but it does seem to be the design philosophy. as for NM, you should be doing hard first where you can control the drops. breakpoint for doing hard is also lower than what you would immagine. its pretty downhill after annihilator and flasks, 3+ pieces columni and 16k+ hp pools made it do-able for us.
  13. wait what, *** are there 3 adds up. what are the dps doing, afking? its not like you have anything else you can do when he spawns an add, he goes invul. attacking him while the adds are up and the shield drops can bug out the encoutner and lead to infinite add spawn. fight should go dps boss, dps add, repeat 3x, loot boss.
  14. you cannot miss a single click when it appears. if you miss it and it goes to the side the entire encounter can bug. has to be the middle, and immediately to avoid it. tank and both dps should all try to click it.
