I've done some thinking about this and here are my thoughts: The ability should be like a jet pack. It will put us into the air for 'X' number of seconds. An animation similar to DFA could be used. While in the air, we will be immune to melee attacks (similar to the way that saber reflect only stops ranged attacks). It would also be cool if the exhaust did some small amount of damage to any enemies below us, but I feel like that may be asking for too much. It would also be good if we could trigger while stunned much like pyros can do with their shoulder cannon.

Can't believe you're dragging your wife into forum discussion, but try getting her a gift card for the next bday/anni/holiday. Let me know how well that goes over. Fact remains, you guys dropped the ball on this one in a big way. You couldn't see our faces, but it was probably the same look your wife gave you. We told you this cartel market b.s. was making us angry. You hyped some big magical customer appreciation thing to win us back. Then you gave us the equivalent of $5 starbucks card. Just go ahead and say publicly that you guys would rather this game be 100% f2p/preferred, because that's how you're treating it. I've already said on the forums that a meaningful sign of customer appreciation would have been a permanent (diamonds are forever) across-the-board (your love should be unconditional) discount on all cartel coin purchases.

It's pathetically sad that anyone working for this game thinks that this will show the subscribers that you actually care. I seriously feel like you haven't been listening. A one-time coin grant? Seriously? For a moment, I thought this was an April fool's joke. Want to give subscribers benefits? How about a permanent across the board 50% reduction on all purchases? Doubtful we'll ever see anything even close to that, because you don't really care about the subscribers. It's clear this is just a cash shop game now, and that makes me sad. Consider my subscription over once my 6 months are up. I'll just switch preferred and buy my weekly unlocks on the gtn. I'm not going to keep paying you $15/month for $5 worth of coins. Subscribers are getting ripped off...end of story.

Just wanted to bump and update this. We're still looking for people, but we're now focused on starting weekday raids. We have several former <Stay Thirsty> raiders with extensive HM experience who are looking to round out an ops group.

<Sucks to Suck> is a newly formed Imperial guild. Our numbers are currently small, but we are all experienced raiders on the server who have cleared all 8M content to date (except NiM TFB). We're currently looking to put together a raid group to farm HM S&V and TFB, then progress into NiM content. We're looking for players for all roles who are 69/72 geared and have knowledge/experience with current HM content. Our current plan is to raid on the weekends, but it could change to weekdays if there is strong interest from enough members. It should be a great opportunity for alts, if your main raids with another guild during the week. We have mumble, and a website is in the works. Our current guild composition could be described as college educated, young adult, softcore raiders. We have every intention of downing any content bioware throws at us, but you won't see us racing for server first or spending hours on the PTS.
