Well so far playing a sorc Vette seems to fair pretty well holding aggro and doing damage as opposed to getting stuck behind boxes and glitching out all the time.

Unsubscribed today because I'm sick of playing a nerfed to death class. No, I don't want to re-roll what class every one else has. Yes, I know how to play my class. Wake me up when something worth noting happens like say maybe stop fixing things 'til they are more broken than before.

I vaguely recall making a choice that resulted in the decimation of thousands if not millions of people all across the galaxy ... Yeah. It sucked to hear them crying out over the coms but ultimately, it had to be done for the greater good of the Empire. At this point , having done that, I have little compunctions about blasting any one else who may interfere in my mission in any way. Cold, calculating, ruthless and effective. That is the job. Morality isn't in the job description. Loyalty to the empire is. Yes, the Sith are douche-nozzles most of the time but they are our bosses so... we deal with their elitist crap, do the job and reap the rewards and occasionally... kill our bosses.

Frankly; I think our companions suck for PvE combat. Currently @ lvl 45 and really in no hurry to lvl cap. Playing more capable alts instead .

Totally bored with this once exciting class. Yes, a gap closer would be nice... and maybe the ability to get back into stealth a little more quickly/often. (since after all, concealment spec is all about ,,, concealment.)

I really don't want to shelf my operative but I'm really not into it anymore. I was really excited even before the game came out to play this class. Leveling him up to 42 was great. Did a lot of PvE and PvP along the way. Now I really feel weak all the way around. Up to lvl 44 and totally don't even care about continuing to 50. Been playing alts instead. I really don't want to hear people saying "Oh gee, sorry you don't have an 'Iwin' button anymore. LTP" I honestly don't feel skill comes much into play when a class is getting decimated by every other class in every category in PvP. I've played nearly 40 WZ's since nerf and don't come close to being at the top of damage. More like bottom dweller. ALL ops at the bottom not just me. That says something. The day before the patch getting 100k+ damage was typical. Now getting 50k is about average depending on WZ. Meanwhile I'm watching sorcs, sages and BH's get 200/250k... really? Hmmm. Guess I'm not doing it right... Really in PvE content I feel a lot weaker as well. Especially considering we don't really get a decent tank. Kaliyo can't hold aggro at all and I'm taking a crap ton of damage constantly. Mobs do not go down quickly at all and I am reasonably geared. I'm just done for now. Totally bored with a weak class.

First off I said I wasn't qqing and that I was going to adapt to the nerf situation. Second of all I'm pulling facts from the WZ's I played for 3 hours yesterday checking it out. I got hit a lot while behind obstacles such as boxes/barricades/walls trying to lose los. I'm not asking for an "I win" button you idiot. I'm saying the game needs some tweaking. Stop trying to sound clever and shut it.

Been playing with the nerf for 2 hours and its fairly significant. The burst damage opener isn't really there and stun lock is difficult to achieve so once out of stealth it's pretty rough. Obviously LOS isn't an issue for other classes as they can shoot missiles at me through walls/crates/boxes if I'm targeted and with an ungodly freakin' range. I think half way across the pit is certainly far enough. I have no closer to get in range so I guess once I'm out of stealth I'll wade through PEW PEW LAZORS to maybe get a melee attack off before I get killed. I have to run really, really and I mean really effen far to get out of combat to re-stealth and by that time the fight is somewhere else. In my opinion some of the cool downs are a bit long. I'm getting detected and knocked out of stealth really easily by people not even close to me. Whats up with that? I'm not trying to QQ or jump on any band wagons. I will continue to play and hopefully adapt to this class but this ain't no walk in the park any any means. Side note; Seriously. I think that having to play hutt ball is rediculous. I figure that if they didn't make you play it, hardly anyone would. It's hutt ball 3/4 of the time. Lame-o.

Frankly I don't see BW changing anything very soon. They were trying to adjust and equal things out but it seems that they went a little heavy on the nerfing. Acid blade reduced armor pen to 30% from 50% AND a 20% reduction in damage from Hidden Strike?! Did any one else get shafted?

After looking for about 45 mins and watching videos and not comming up with a simple answer to a simple question I guess I'll be "lazy" and ask... What PvP stats should I be looking for? What sets/items in particular? I'm lvl 43, What's up my PvP OPs? Give me the low down.

I had a feeling this was going to happen. I was having a great time with my op up to 40. Now debating weather to continue to 50. Just have fun, accept being a lesser class atm and hope for some balance in the future or re-roll something else. In my past experience with another huge mmo there always seemed to be an op class and the tide changed now and again. (except for pallys who always seemed to be op in some way) I want to play the best I can and be an asset to partys/raids but just how significant is the gap between operatives and other classes dps wise? If it's marginal then maybe I won't worry so much about it. If it's huge then maybe re-roll is whats up. Lastly, do we really want to see planets full of the same class running around?

@ lvl 32 after about 5 deaths I decided I'll come back later... Like in a couple levels. Companion melts faster than a popsicle on Tatooine and then hes on me with dots and shocks wich is death in about 10 seconds. Interrupts or not. Half the time my attacks "can't see target" even when he's standing directly in front of me on flat ground. Nerf this some eh?!

I personally shelled out for the delux edition the day it released but didn't put my code in until a few days ago, Like dec 11th. and I'm still waiting to play. I didn't realise that when I was going to get into the servers directly corelated to when I put my code in. I just figured $180.00 did the trick and that was that. How silly of me. So, for the extra cash I honestly don't feel a great deal of worth for the special edition. It's 4 days 'til public launche and I have to work 3 of those 4 nights so, woop-a-dee-doo. I get to changer lightsaber colors...(I'm planning on going agent first toon). At this point I'll be really, really lucky to get any pre-launch play time at all. Will I enjoy the game when I do get to play? I'm sure I will. Do I regret shelling out the extra cash for simply the hope of getting something it turns out I won't even get to have? Yes, I do.

Gonna have to try, try again I see. I feel as though I'm already going through my jedi trials of patience.
