Artiemis Ultor was confronted on tatooine, due to his unwillingless to comply and ever growing empire numbers nearby the squad was forced to eliminate Artiemis Ultor and then, after a tense confrontation with the Imperials, moved out of the area. ((In his original post it said his character would rather die than be captured, also it said he was wanted dead or alive, we also asked him beforehand if we were able to kill him. We will never kill your character without permision. ))

  3. By the way In response to Crinnets previous posts saying that my numbers are inflated. Keep in mind almost all of the records I posted on the leaderboards were not extremely long matches. Also for DPS, the longer the match is the harder it will be to keep a high DPS. The match that I got 171 DPS and 105k damage was a win with 1000 points republic side and 560 points empire side, you can also see how long the match was with by dividing my total damage by DPS to give you the number of seconds, then convert to minutes. That will tell you how long the match is, and as you will see it was slightly less than 10 minutes, that's hardly a long match when matches can go up to 15 minutes. Now when you compare it to for example, http://i.imgur.com/mNFvgsE.png , in bossofallbosses game he had 140 DPS and 106k Damage, that means that he had a considerably longer match then me. So in reality I am not the one who has the inflated scores, at least not until someone posts a higher DPS than me, or does more damage than me in a shorter time. For reference here is my Highest Damage and DPS Game http://i.imgur.com/uc2P3uy.jpg So please stop trying to flame me, it really getting annoying, if you want to prove that my matches are inflated show me a match that someone has a higher DPS then me (Which probably has already been done ). By the Way bossofallbosses, im not trying to blame you or anything for number grinding, I am just using you as an example that my matches are not absurdly long.

  5. I have made this post before, mostly on the Leader-board thread, but I will repeat some of the statements I made there. First of all, the reason why were were trying to prolong the match and not go for objectives was we were trying to let the Imps three cap us till they got 500 points, then we would 3 cap them back and try to win. We did this 13 times and out of the 13 times we only lost 1 of them and that game was extremely close and we lost it because a couple of our guys died giving them the last points they needed. Now I know that this may seem like a dumb thing to do, but the reason we were doing it was because we had done at-least 50 matches without losing, just about every single one being 1000 to 7 or 1000 to 20. We were starting to get very bored because it wasn't challenging at all. Now I do agree that it may have not of been the best idea, but we decided to try this method, and the truth is that for most matches it worked, and it created fun and challenging games. Now I know that we could have gone imperial to make it harder, but we didn't want to for several reasons, first being that we wanted to finish upgrading out republic ships since we are still very far from fully upgrading them, and second we ( or at least me) don't like the imperial ship style. I would also like to point out that this screenshot is extremely out of context, first take note that I didn't say at one point that we were grinding stats, in fact the only person who did was tomeoteeje, and even still he wasn't chasing numbers for the leaderboard (as I will explain). What you don't see in the picture is what is going on in mumble, and also what happened before the match. Tomeoteeje in fact did not even know the leaderboard existed, however in the previous match he had made a 26 kill streak, I had told him that he had tied my personal record, so yes he was stats padding, but not for the leader board, and that wasn't the purpose of not going after objectives. I would also like to point out several other comments that were made in the screenshot, some of the comments also look like we are jerks and are making fun of Crinnet, this is not the case, if you were to see time stamps you would notice that the last three comments were made at the very end of game, while the rest of the comments were made at the beginning of the game. Lastly, It would be nice if someone who was in one of those other 13 games could confirm that in that match we would say to let them three cap us to 300 then we would three cap them, honestly I don't know why its not in this match, but in just about every other match we specified that we would only not go after objectives until they reached 500 points. Keep in mind that right now my Win lose ratio is 138 wins and 6 loses for a total of 144 matches, that a 95% win ratio, if all we did was ignore objectives and just go after kills you can be sure that I would have a much worse win ratio.

  8. I have had it! Rocks are completely OP, they have insane damage that is above everyone elses, they are constantly 1 shooting people. Not only are they completely OP, but they are also kills steamers, I can not count how many times rocks have stole my kills! This needs to change! Rocks need a MASSIVE nerf to their DPS, they also need their manuevrabilty reduced, it seems like they always get in my way instantly! Not to mention their massive health, I have put atleast 800 shots into one rock in a match, and it still didnt die! Not a good move Bioware! It is clearly evident how OP rocks are, just look at how many rocks are in every single match, If rocks are not nerfed I am just going to have to unsubscribe, I cant take it anymore as long as rocks continue to be the FOTM!
  9. Let's just say we like to do a bit of recon, you know, habits, personality, etc. We can be very thorough sometimes. Normally, we will go after you without warning, unless we can tell you are doing dailies etc. But if you want we can send you a tell before we start.

I don't know where you are getting that the main idea of us prolonging the match was to get larger scoreboards, we were trying to get them to three cap us and then when they got to 500 we would try to three cap them back and win. We had a very good premade at that time and we were getting board of winning within 7 minutes or less every single match, we also felt sorry for the imps losing every time 1000 to 2. It was just an added bonus that we had a chance to get higher numbers. While I don't know why it doesn't say so in this match, I am sure that someone else can confirm that in almost every match we went into that we said to not do objectives, we said that we would wait until we had 500 points then try to three cap them. In the 12 matches we did this we lost only 1 of them even though we were not going after objectives till they had 500 points. Also, I would like to note that if my primary intention was to farm kills, damage, etc. I wouldn't have been grouping with them, as you noticed they do a good bit of damage and kills, those kills take away from the potential kills I could have, in fact we were almost constantly kill stealing from each other and we were completely fine with it. We were not making our main objective to get the best possible score (or at least I wasn't ). What we were doing was trying to have a fun and challenging game, which using this tactic normally, but not always, did. While it may not be the best strategy to get a challenging match, we did not want to switch to IMP side for several reasons A) The ships look B) We haven't nearly finished upgrading our main ships. C) Most of us were leveling up characters with GS.

Also keep in mind the DPS when you calculate my DPS for 172.58 DPS in ten minutes it comes out to 103,000 Damage total, so that means the match lasted a couple seconds longer than 10 minutes, now when you look at total dps, my dps outscores everyone, even the people who have more damage than me, what that says it that THEY are the ones who had longer matches, and so more time to get kills, damage, etc. So in reality my scores are not inflated at all, in fact most of them are underinflated.

I would just like to respond that it is out of context, the reason that we were saying to do that was because we had been beating the imps extremely badly all day so we wanted to let them three cap us till they had 500 points then we would try to win. Almost all our matches had been 1000 to 14 and such and we had done at least 20 in a row like that before deciding to try letting the imps beat us for the beginning of the match. As you can see even if we try to let them win, we still end up winning. Also Tomeateeje was trying to beat my record of 26 kill streak which I had done before. As for ghosting the nodes, I have no idea what that is, yes I will admit that prolonging the matches does help reach higher stats, but that was not our main reason for prolonging it, it was to create more of a challenge for ourselves. Also, keep in mind that either way we were never able to get a match that lasted a considerable amount of time, even the one where I got 105k damage only lasted a little over 10 minutes because of 3 caps.
