  1. I've only noticed Dromund Kaas missing it. 2nd arrival point at the land zone outside. I have not checked all strongholds. The problem is that it is missing or invisible, certainly nothing I can highlight/click. Additionally I tried going to different strongholds and returning to find myself at the land zone. Perhaps they disappear once enabled?. I'll give it a try and just leave this post for Devs to take action if needed.
  2. FEEDBACK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! - FRAKING FRAKING FRAKING STUPID DAILIES. I have done 1/2 of them and have had to look up fraking 3 of them already due to some form of ********. - Scrapyard: failing over 9 straight times and additional 10 times just trying to finish the last 3. - Mutated geno captains: Oh, you literally want me to assist ....., because there was LITERALLY NOTHING ATTACKING THEM. THANKS for having me run around. - Scan the array.... oh...its a just a tiny bit showing over the mountain. MUCH ENJOYED. - Killed named npc. Oh joy, more wait and possibly waiting more if people hit it first. THANK YOU AGAIN. Honestly, what else can I expect then same old decade MMO BS from a F2P that can only manage to barely do content. Shove your crappy daily designs up your *****
  3. They want from $20 for outfits, but they can't even take the time to fix the clipping?. Is it because it is basically a skeleton crew whom can barely manage the game as is?, probably the same ones since game launched that took 3 months for slight pvp tweaks. Surely there is someone freaking competent they can grab to fix the models and outfits for the price they're asking for, and while they're at it maybe retexture the models and add more faces. Hell, just get modders to do it free. I tried the newest Callous outfit on all 4 female body types.and it... FAILED ON ALL 4!. Combat stance even failed. The hood isn't even taken off for about 1/2 the helms i have, which is a even bigger wow; because they can't even freaking manage that!!. Of course, I'm not surprised. This game hardly ever had any care since launch and that IS a big reason why it went f2p.
  4. After reading through: I gotta say that it is terrible that they even needed an incentive to get subscribers or to remain subscribed. I have been away from the game for years. Now and then i come play for a few weeks then quit (srsly, so much needless skill bloat). The point is that its understandable to be free at the time or seasonal, but to cut new players and returning players off just cause their game wasn't good enough to hold the attention of players (THE MASS, since they game has been shrinking and servers are so few now, 6 world wide?). It doesn't even make sense from the greediness of game to not even make it now a purchasable companion ("Free at the time") when the game sells character items for $50 and costumes for $15. Its not even like it was some achievement like beating a raid while it was still fresh and current gear, it was just for being subscribed. But who cares, cause this game has always been slowly dying out by a tiny majority of left-overs and lame people left in charge. The proof is as clear as the population of the game despite what both believe. This game could grow, but they're all too stubborn and greedy.
  5. Its beyond help nor can it get the help it needs cause of the current player base defending against the changes it needs. It has been years and its just been going down hill. Far as i could tell the game had 2.5m players at release then in 3 months the game died down quickly, 3-5 months the game was likely at 500k. It took them too long to fix anything cause EA ditches it, just simple pvp tweaks took 3 months. EA probably had plans for F2P when ppl got tired of subbing to a game that got no care. Of course it wasn't the only reason as there could probably have been a long list of terrible ideas they listened to from a minority of gamers that thought they knew best for everyone else. AND BLAH BLAH BLAH BLAH BLAH BLAH BLAH BLAH!!!!!. Who cares really anymore, but i will say its funny to hear people try to blame its failure on trying to chase WoW or mmo's are just no longer popular. Again, blah blah blah. How to attract more players, cause it cannot be fixed. - Ability Bloat: There are abilities that are still needlessly around. You don't need a slow when you got 3-5 slow abilities or can make it so nearly all you attacks can apply a slow. Just recently i been playing Jedi Kinetic Combat Force breach is useless bloat as another example and i would so that 15 def charges ability is also just a pest and has no skill to it. Then there is dps having 3-4 heals and a cleanse... 2 heals tops and a cleanse (it just adds up to useless bloat, i rather dps not have any healing). - Abilities should be strong from the start. Instead you have to wait many levels to start unlocking their passives in the linear skill tree. - Abilities should be 5-6 single target skills, 2-3 aoe. Im not going to get into the others, but if you go over 24 combat ablities then thats just not needed at all. If you want to bring new skills into the game they should replace current ones to give a fresh appearance to the class and show of improvement. - Abilities that make sense. Why is my Sith Jug trying to shout things to death?. Why is my double-bladed jedi kinetic combat throwing boulders instead of closing the distance and slicing away?. The kits don't make and in that way are not as fun as the small population this game has believes they are. I mean of course to them they are fun, but lets bring in more players here instead of continuing to appease the 100-300k players who will play it no matter the changes. - Less cooldowns and removed triggerd effects if can't show clearly on the character. The action is found on my action bar with its bloated cooldowns and effect triggers nearby (hp bars above it). I just find myself looking down more then im looking at the action in game. Its a SW game and action should be experienced with in the combat. - Linear skill tree REMOVED. This is totally not needed and only adds not needed confusiong to playing multiple classes. The abilities feel stripped down and boring thanks to any decent effects held back and put into passive you have to wait to unlock and at that multiple effects for skills (by lvl 50 you probably altered some attack 5 times). - Skill tree can be kept, but also something not needed if classes were built right. Classes should be built for pvp cause those skills easily would effect pve. It just makes sense you attack a npc the same a pc in combat. - Legacy brought to true greatness instead of some tool for the cartel market. Legacy should be something players slowly build towards from achievements and resources. It should be account wide rather then having to unlock stuff for every character over and over again. Not that it matters cause what it offers is pretty sad ideas for the vast majority. - Cartel market RNG killed. Honestly, micro is gross enough without some unknown rng on item drops. Just sell all the items on the market and sell them at a fair price: (subs get 50% off all items, and sure remove the 500 monthly cartel coins given). - Flash points fixed up (HA, ya... thats not happening). It would be great if the scale of things and the BS in some fights could be ironed down. I mean walking into a FP and watching the group avoid 4/5 fights and boss fights that you cheese cause the damage they output is just cheating. If people are not able to be challenged fairly in a fun way then its a fail. - Class missions 1-50 (or higher) giving the much needed gear players should be getting so they can focus purely on class missions instead of running heroics on the side or whatever. The current point is to allow players to enjoy story and get caught up, lets kill whats killing the experience here (the need to gear). - Adaptive gear with scaling stats. This would be great if stats would scale until some point the player is caught up to some expansion. Also, make sure weapons are scaling, as they should of course. Well, i won't check the responses. I left a rough nearly on the spot thoughts post in hope this game finally does something with itself. I bought a collectors edition (before release) with all the hopes for this game. I;m saying i wanted it to succeed and if it turned things around enough it would be attractive enough to stay and bring in a growing player base. Games should be fun and challenging, but when i play SWTOR the only thing truly good about it is the story. Of course tho, people will just be against any change. Well, if you guys won't make compromises then you just enjoy your slowly dying game that you help make happen. You don't care about the game when you're killing it.
  6. Seriously?. Anyone who has played since beta should know this game was basically abandoned, first by EA/Bioware then the vast majority of players. 2.5mil to like 500k in 3 months and its current low population speaks louder then whatever bs argument anyone has to say. Best and only hope for is EA/Bioware saying: "yeah, we fked up with SWTOR and clearly see the mistakes. We decided to make a SWTOR 2 and we're going to do it right this time". Don't bother asking or expecting anything more then more cartel items which are all overpriced.
  7. First, im shocked that i didn't get a fist full of ragging trolls. Thanks for the time and replys. Crafting from 1-400 isn't a issue and well it should srsly be laughed at for sure. That doesn't mean that it has to be pointless, obtainning high end things like Master-advance items should be fking great. Even so from what should have been fairly rare plans to very rare plans from Hardmodes, #23 hilts, and even #24 hilts. Which would replace even T3 slotted items. Just as an example. Also there was nothing saying that crafting would a huge credit dump, that must have been said at one point in time on the forums. Cause bioware made it sound fantastic. No more hours of flying/hunting around for farming not to mention fighting with a dozen ppl in the area for the spawn, i had more then just my 2 thumbs up.... >.> I suppose it is wait and see, they also would need to work on making it rarer to get advance (yeah its a pain already lol), atleast towards thoes rare plans (which don't exist i know). The game is fresh, but they talked a lot of hype into it, and many ppl are upset, there is plenty to fix bug wise and such, and i doub't EA would dump much more money into it until they get a lot of it back. They could easily work on many things at once if wished. Even if everyone had a crafter of everything, (that would require duplicate classes on same faction would it not?) the rarer mats that take around 6 attempts to get 1/2 of what you need for an advance craft (atleast seems so for Treasure hunting) wouldn't flood the GTN. I seen stacks in 100's but i heard ppl could dupe stuff and i believe it was said by Bioware.. or we should just probably say EA. So crafting could fit heavily into the econmy, but it still would fall to them to making it more of a need in the community. Crafting would make even a casual player part of the community, give us an economy. Well it should, but holding our breath on things would be bad, many game companys will toss the players cold-scraps of a game and we pay regardless. If the game fails atleast there is Diablo 3, i won't have 2 dozen buttons to play that with around 6+ cd's and triggers i have to watch for. Probably is a 1min combination to memerize for it, i will get around to that later..
  8. I was told basicly everything i can make people can simply do dailys and get better. So why have i spent so much credits upping it and getting the advance crafts to sell to ppl? I probably could have had 500'000 creditsin my pocket, maybe not even including selling mats. Instead of having empty slotted gear that gets ppl to buy crafted items, instead they are already slotted with far better. Farming the pvp gear is a sure easy way to gear up. In a week you could have .. well i got 3 pieces in 2 days, soo >.> And this stuff is seemed better then T1 pve. Now that im thinking about i wonder if T3 Pvp is as good at T3 Pve. I could craft for lowbies, but I wonder how well that would sell, plenty of rewards (commendations even) to get by on. Im Artifice, i don't know whats it like for anyone else, some stuff has sold, but I could see things getting rarer in sells when ppl know this, why pay the prices for a high quality craft, when you can just farm pvp, and dailys. I was really expect something better from crafting, and the game, a casual but keeping hte challenge in group content. These items from dailys should have been crafting plans that to make the items. I feel that i wasted a ton of time on upping stuff for other ppl to buy, i was going to get all the crystals and assortment of enhanments, hilts for different classes/roles, but now im wondering if its even worth it all. I can see perhaps crystals being the only thing i make decent credits on. I rather just keep ALL the credits from my alts then up another crafting skill. Maybe im just not seeing something they come into play besides self gearing while lvling. Well, Troll away and tell me "if i don't like it, i can go play something else", its really expected from the majority.
  9. yeah, this is pretty lame to learn by late game that i can't crafter in my professions as well as others cause my companions are not balanced with other companions. Artifice on Knight. Pretty i got Scourge with Artifice +10 and Arch +10. Kira with +1 crit to treasure. And thats it, no companion with crit to artifice, no crit to arch, no effianceny to treasure.
  10. Most likely is. I bet everyone who bought collectors is very happy they paid for a collectors, all we really needed is $6 for a security key for the "exclusive Vendor". Im not even shocked from it, I guess Bioware joined up with the rest of the bastard companys, although my money is it being something EA suggested.
