  1. In my opinion for tanks, including KOTFE classchanges its gonna be Sin>=PT>Jugg.
  2. No response because everything has been said but no consensus has been found. Mitgation and avoidance lowers spikyness, hence how often you are hit by big attacks Squishiness is reduced by armour, dmg reduction, to a certain factor absorbrating and it is reduced by your HP. Although the dmg will be the same when having more HP the hp you have left will be more. This buys your healers more time to heal you. But i have said so in my prior post. HP doesnt not essentially lower the damage of a spiky attack, but it will lower its impact as your HP is higher. Ofc tanks with commendation gear are more spiky. But we are talking about squishiness.

  4. Swtor Cantina hat in der Vergangenheit immer mal wieder Übersetzungsfehler eingebaut wodurch die Informationen natürlich falsch waren. Torcommunity oder Reddit sind da bessere Quellen zumal diese die Informationen auch schneller haben als Swtor Cantina. Noch schneller kommst du an diese Infos nur über das deep web. Dort bietet Swtor_miner seine livestreams an, denn über Twitch darf er keine mehr anbieten wg. Copyright etc.

  6. Dataminer sind Leute die Spieldaten auslesen. Dies kann bei dem aktuellen Clientdateien getan werden, denn gelegentlich werden innerhalb von Patches neue Modelle/Animationen mit hoch geladen um den KOTFE Patch möglichst klein zu halten. Eine allerdings viel effektivere Methode ist es die Dateien des KOTFE Klienten auszulesen. Wie genau diese Dataminer an diese Spieldateien kommen ist nicht bekannt. Anhand dieser "Spieldateien" kann man Rückschlüsse auf Klassenänderungen, neue Begleiter etc. schließen. Als SOR entwickelt wurde hat einer der Entwickler von BW während eines Cantina Events einen USB Stick dabei gehabt um zu zeigen welche neuen Mounts etc. es geben wird. Diesen USB Stick hat er als er abreiste wohl vergessen o. wurde ihm entwendet. Da dort noch andere Dateien drauf waren die mit SOR zu tun hatten, wurden sehr viele infos geleaked. Wie genau die Dataminer an KOTFE infos kommen ist auch nicht ganz legal aber auch nicht wirklich bekannt. Es könnte mit hacking zu tun haben. Während der Entwicklung von SOR gab es ja auch eine closed beta, vielleicht gibt es diese für KOTFE auch und von da stammen dann die infos. Auf Deutsch wirst du die infos sehr wahrscheinlich nicht finden sondern nur auf Englisch. Eine Quelle die solche Informationen anbietet darf man laut den AGB's des Spiels und des Forums nicht und können zu perma Bann führen. Kleiner Tip : Google es. Selbst das wissen wir nicht mit Sicherheit. Es ist zwar bekannt dass Begleiter nicht mehr verbessert werden durch das Equip welches ihnen angezogen wird, sondern durch den jeweiligen Einfluss den man auf sie hat. Einfluss kann durch Geschenke und Interaktionen mit ihnen erhöht werden. Ferner ist bekannt dass anscheinend alle Gefährten jetzt alle 3 Rollen <DD,Heal,Tank> annehmen können. Dies wird von dem Spieler per dropdown menu entschieden. Darüber hinaus wird es möglich sein einige alte Begleiter die keine neuen Dialoge o. Story mitbringen mithilfe eines Begleiterterminals zurückzurufen. Nur die "neuen" Begleiter werden über Dialoge und Story verfügen. Bisher sind 3 Storybegleiter bekannt. Ansonsten wird es keine großen Änderungen geben. Also eine komplette Überarbeitung stelle ich mir anders vor. Und nun zu der entscheidende Frage : Einige Dataminer wollen das gehype von BW unterbinden. Dies war schon mit ROTHC und SOR und GSF und so weiter der Fall. Die Versprechen die von Seiten BW gegeben wurden einfach nicht eingehalten. Um diese Lügen auf zu decken haben sich einige Dataminer zum Ziel gesetzt. Wurde z.b. während eines Livestreams von einem Dataminer gesagt als SOR kurz vor Release stand. Andere Dataminer nutzen den Hype ganz einfach aus um damit Geld oder Ruhm zu erlangen. Wiederrum haben einige Dataminer einfach Spaß daran Und der Rest der Dataminer ist der Meinung dass BW einfach schlecht mit seiner Community umgeht sie nicht an den Entstehungsprozess teilhaben lässt und ihnen auch keine Informationen zukommen lässt. Es wird nicht um Feedback von Seiten der Community gebeten, wie sie sich entsprechende Teile des Spiels <Begleitersystem z.b.> vorstellen. Die Größe eines Addons kann mit Hilfe verschiedener Faktoren berechnet werden. Würde man dabei ausschließlich den neuen Content mit einberechnen was das Addon zum Release Zeitpunkt offeriert, würde KOTFE was Spielzeit angeht kleiner ausfallen als SOR. Denn skalierte OPs würden nicht mit einberechnet werden genauso wenig wie die nach Release noch folgenden Story Chapter. Die Aussage beruht darauf dass KOTFE das größte Addon sein wird wenn man Cinematics und Dialoge ebenfalls als Spielzeit betrachtet und diese nicht skipped. Alles im alllen beinhaltet KOTFE bei release ohne Operationen ca 25h Spielspass. SOR kam nur auf 8. Allerdings wurde mit SOR auch 2 neue Operationen eingeführt dementsprechend müsste die Spielzeit hier auch einberechnet werden. Aber im Grunde ist es eine interprationssache.

  8. Despite BW's marketing strategy of giving us no information ppl want information for a reason. This has nothing to do with " I want to open my christmas present now". It has something to do with former mistakes/bugs/exploits that were produced by the devs. Especially when it comes to Class changes they did mistakes in the past and as far as it seems there are more mistakes to come. Giving you an example on what i mean : In the current content the Juggernaut is a tank that is supposed to focus on defense, but most operation bosses really need shield and absorb to reduce incoming damage. This is not that problematic in pve, but in pvp you see a far higher incoming damage than on one of the other tanks. Now with the new addon devs might force the juggernaut even more into defense and assasin more into shieldchance and pt more into absorb. Making the juggernaut worthless in pvp as a tank. Even pve will be influenced by it, but as long as there are no dtps profiles available its only a guess. The more F/T+K/E heavy a boss fight is the worse a Juggernaut will be. Even in current content this is already observable. To avoid devs making the wrong decisions, we want to know about their ideas to give them feedback on how good this idea is. Currently i have the feeling that devs don't know about dmg weights and tankstats and thus are deciding for wrong changes that will make classes inbalanced.
  9. It is based on the players skill not his equip. If one is a bad player DF NM will still be hard when going in with full revanite. But if one is a good player one can faceroll DF NM with full 168 gear. Gear is unimportant. The playerskill is important.
  10. Why would we need even more protection against M/R+K/E damage? Juggs are vulnerable to F/T+KE damage and thats why we need shield or absorb. Furthermore I/E damage was increased within the new operations which made Assasin Tanks really valuable for their increased protection against this damage type especially with the old 186 gear. Not to mention PTs with their gread DCD Explosive fuel which increased their chance to resist I/E damage by 30%. Either more shield/absorb or more shielding by sonic barrier/sonic wall otherwise Juggs will fall behind. Furthermore defense does not do anything in pvp. Keep in mind that pvp setbonus and pve setbonus are the same. Most dmg in pvp is F/T+KE. Thus we need more shield or absorb. Compared to pts or assas Juggs just have the lowest shield and absorb of those classes because most of our skills only increase defense chance. Looking at the new class talents also reveals that ravage now gives us 6% more defense. Wow even more uselessness. This exactly shows how much designers want the jug to be the defense tank, instead of balancing the classes. But without making F/T+K/E defendable with the new addon the changes are going to make the juggernaut the worst tank. It was made less useful for most pve bosses
  11. Sorry but only 1 fight is harder than most fights of old nm and that would be Revan HM. All other bosses including Cora and MB are easier than Brontes or Dread council pre NM buff removal. Bosses like Sparky, Bulo, Torque, Malaphar, Sword Squad and Underlurker are far easier than old nm bosses.
  12. Most information regarding this game come from independant third party sources. I am not only talking about KOTFE information but also information regarding formulas for certain skills and so on. Formula for the shielding done of sonic wall, threat generation of certain skills like saber reflect, assasins hook and so on. Information about the meta of the current <not the soon to come> game comes only from third party sources. Eventually some informations are discussed here on the forums, but the informations' origin is not BW/EA. There are many threads with questions and spreadsheets regarding classes but no information from BW/EA even though they are the creators and should perfectly know it. Same way with the new addon. Most information came ofc from the gamescon. But this was not really informativ was it? The true information came from ppl that BW/EA does not like and would love to ban. I am talking about dataminers. The information they gave was discussed here and then after some time was affirmed by yellow posts. Why dont you release these kinds of information yourself? You are waiting until the community asks whether the information from other websites are true or not. No wonder why datamining is productive in an non informative environment that you BW/EA created yourself and you BW/EA are the only ones who can change it. You don't want datamined information discussed on the forums. Just release information soon enough and there will be no datamining possible. But currently you are nurturing the dataminers. You are hyping some players for the new addon with some of your speeches about "more biased towards single player" and "experience once again BW storytelling" without giving any proof. So players search for their proof themselves. All this hyping well some ppl are sick of it <like myself> but i know that it might be necessary when dropping some players who were lied to and just want to raid on a high level. Instead of changing the way how player interact with other players, maybe revolutioning it, you are erasing the MM part of the genre and instead create an ORPG. The subscription bonus <Niko Ocarr, Blasters and idk> is hopefully working for you because with your current behaviour and false statements the community feels unwanted. And i am not talking about the raidcommunity, i am talking about every player. You once said "This year will be all pve". Now you say "This year will be all about story". How serious do you think i take this statement? Statements like "This addon <KOTFE> will be the biggest" might also proof wrong but were placed to hype. I dont want to be hyped, i dont need to be hyped, but all you did the last 2 years was nothing but big fraud. Think about it, and maybe change the way you look at the community. We are not only cows you can drain of all the milk and promise a better life so that we'll give even more milk. Your statements make me believe you look at us exactly this way. Why then should we <the community> value BW/EA and its workers by not datamining, by not wanting more content and by not breaching rules? If we are your cows, you are our slaughters. If you want to change the relationship between community and BW and its workers you might want to replace the community manager, as his credibility has decreased drastically. If the relationship once again will be better, player will eventually spend more money, more players will come and old players will come back again. Regards
  13. Why should "useful" gear drop from old NM operations? When the Nightmarepower buff was removed and thus palace/fortress nerfed it already was faceroll to clear the operation but now after lvl cap increase and new gear its just a joke. But still ppl demand more than commondations for doing an very easy operation... Besides there are 2 mounts the rancor and wings + some furniture. What else you want? Good equip? Well then do actual operation and not the classics. Classics are for vanity and historic feeling.
