  1. I recently submitted a ticket on the subject, after spending a very long time RE'ing a few score of vibroknives. The response was that this was, "working as intended". At the very least they should warn you with a confirmation dialog when trying to RE these and shotguns, "Unlike everything else, Reverse Engineering this will not give a chance at improving your schematic, proceed?"
  2. Yeah... I've noticed the website, while high on polish, has been abysmal on uptime and capacity. Isn't BioWare in Austin? Seriously... that's a town with some web infrastructure talent... go scouting! I've noticed SEVERAL times the game servers were down, with the client directing people to http://www.swtor.com or the forums for more information, the site was down for maintenance. I can perhaps see taking down the forums and account access, but the more static portions of the site as well? The front page ought to shoot for five nines reliability... ESPECIALLY when the game servers are down, and the client is sending you there for more information. Good example, the downtime between early access and official release... the only thing that was up was the SWTOR twitter. Also, during those times swtor.com gives an error, you have to type in the www. to get the "down for maintenance" page. And this is perhaps the first site I've ever seen with a queue.
