Well actually i am not my expertise is over 1100 and i don't think that was the question. with my PVE gear on i have over 28000hp. But thanks for the input.

Was curious if anyone had noticed that the Warzone Medpacs are not healing for the full 35% that the tooltip states. I have 26866hp and my Medpacs are consistently healing me for around 7555hp. Is there a cap or anything on the healing the pacs provide? At 35% i should be getting healed for around 9400hp each use.
