  1. About gear, did you change some of your mods or is everything standard ewh setup with augments? More precisely, how much crit do you have and what do you suggest, since a non-crit SS makes me sick

Just wanted to add something considering Commando/Merc heal and movability in pvp: After more testing I now agree that the greater damage damage resist is somewhat superior the longer the fights last. This is because there are sooo many CCs and Slows etc that a single vanish is fine but in the long run it is simply not as powerful as -10% incoming damage + 2min shield. Nevertheless I want to point out that this only comes to shine during hard and close fights (that last a long time) and thus it is really strong in Rated Warzones where you actually have a team to support you. Sorry for any inconvenience but I had to change my mind because of my personal positive experiences with better gear and even better team mates. Interestingly, those hardcore fights are something normal players won't ever come across. I am wondering if there are even 50 players in the whole swtor galaxy out there who rely on hardcore Commando/Merc PvP healing. I say this because on most circumstances the other two healers' escape tricks are superior and thus much more user-friendly for random warzones. Therefore, I still would like to see the implementation of an ability like "Jet-Pack Jump" that would offer a 15-25m leap forwards (untargeted), out of any root and not stun. I m not sure about the proper cooldown but this is only a personal wish nothing else Someone stated that this would destroy balance but considering the huge player base that is playing normal pvp and not ranked warzones all day long this would be a wonderful gift. I know that everything should be balanced for high-end, but this has to be tried ingame to see whether really overpowered or not ;D Again I feel sorry for having been sounding like a complete noob. I have only been playing the game since a few weeks again after a one year pause and thus I should not write stupid things on this forum and waste your precious time. I've only written this post to disclose my corrections!
  5. I would like to have an option to enable a quick poll which gives any party member an opportunity to vote for or against dialogues for the entire flashpoint/operation. Why? Because if you running a FP the third or fourth time I guess everyone has already gotten tired of the story. I know BioWare is proud of one of their main features but it is not compatible for farming content which is exactly what we do at the highest level. Consequently a quick poll option would be absolutely diplomatic. You should be able to re-do it again and again.

Natürlich stimme ich dir zu, wenn jemand schreibt "mein Produkt ist das Beste", dann muss dies mit gebührenden Abstand und nachhaltig sein. Das ist die mitteleuropäische Variante. So, aber ich frage mich wo du das gelesen hast? Könntest du das hier reinschreiben? Weil der Werbetext auf dieser Homepage lautet u.a. so: "Kämpfe gegen mächtige Feinde in dynamischen Lichtschwert-Duellen, Cantina-Schießereien und epischen Mehrspieler-Schlachten. " Episch ist, und auf das wollte ich in meinen vorherigen Posts hinaus, eben ein dehnbarer Begriff. Für Klein-Tommy ist es episch auf der Novare-Küste zu kämpfen, für dich als Erwachsenen nicht. Wenn ein Mitarbeiter BioWares, und das meinte ich mit propagieren, in einem flüchtigen Interview sagt, dass sie das beste PvP Erlebnis schaffen wollen, dann ist das meines Erachtens nach nicht verbindlich. Du schreibst es ja selber, DU persönlich bist maßlos enttäuscht und das ist dein gutes Recht. Auch wird es wohl in absehbarer Zeit keine großartigen Open-World PvP Events geben, was natürlich schade ist, aber mich persönlich nicht stört - meine Meinung. Wenn dies aber offiziell explizit ausgeschrieben wird und dann nicht eingehalten, ist das natürlich was anderes. Ich wollte dich mit deinem Ärgernis nicht schlecht machen, aber wir müssen bei all den Beschwerden auch fair sein, nicht? Desweiteren würde ich mir wünschen, wenn du Franziskaner von absurden Nazi-Vergleichen absehen würdest, da dies hier nichts verloren hat. Auch diverse aus der Luft gegriffene Anschuldigungen und dumme Beschimpfungen sind schlicht weg fehl am Platze. Danke dir.

If we look at these posts here.. http://www.swtor.com/de/community/showthread.php?t=546439&highlight=record and here http://www.swtor.com/de/community/showthread.php?t=534205&highlight=record ... we can see that top positions in healing are held by sages/sorcerers & scoundrels/operatives There is not a single Commando/Merc (although there is one with 1mil on a screenshot) listed there - but maybe because no one has uploaded a proper screenshot yet. I agree that player skill is THE factor, but we are talking about equal skill here ;-) Secondly, I am feeling obliged to tell you that I do not fully agree on your statement that heavy armor is our escape. If I remember the numbers correctly, Mercs get ~10% more damage resist (mine has ~35,x). I do not think if you get rooted or focused that you have something special like vanish or buffed sprint that enables you to run/get away. And I don't think this 10% more dmg resist is so powerful that you can easily hulk down and heal through it. new edit: I am a little bit biased maybe because there is a bunch of notorious 24/7 pvp cracks on my server who seemingly know exactly where my shortcomings are. I think Mercs rely heavily on guard while the other two types have a little bit more freedom. I just wanted to add that your numbers are amazing and you are probably one of those exceptional guys who max out (skillwise) his toon in a way I for example have not managed yet. But I have to say that again it depends not only on your/my skill, it clearly depends also on our teammates' skill but that is another story
  8. Sorry, but I am not sure how much of this thread you have actually read. Because I have stated it already, but I admit that I may have not pointed it out correctly. I wrote that we are nit-picky here and that you can clear any content with any class - so it is somewhat balanced. But not enough for me and many other players - maybe for you then?? I have to say sorry if I have offended you in any way when I say that the Merc/Commando is the worst => I know *worst* is a harsh word but I would like to see some changes considering the talent tree - although again: you CAN do all your PVE stuff, right now. The next thing is, I am referring to all our abilities. Why are most of the guys talking about just raw heal output? There are other abilities like bubbles, force pull, sprint, vanish that all matter in some way mostly in PvP but nevertheless also in PVe. I thought that the general consensus of this thread was that here we have this apparent imbalance that I was actually talking about. I hope that this post is a bit more clear and easier to grasp what I wanted to explain Sorry for any misunderstandings

  10. Commandos are not Glass Cannons because you are guarded by heavy armor!. Thus you can survive about one second longer and do some serious damage while being focus facerolled by marauders. I can see the point of this class design
  11. I completely agree with that. I mean look at me, I made a one year pause and when I returned I had to re-learn everything from scratch again, no kidding. But what is friggin horrible is that I could instantly determine that here is something awfully wrong. I mean, I am a somewhat complete noob and I could determine this? Reading the forums and trying to be objective I realize it is actually even true. So what are the developpers doing here? Maybe they have not enough manpower to handle this in a $200 mio production Next thing is what I am pointing out again and again and I am so glad that I am not the only one here: no special stand-out ability for pvp / movement / exit strategy. I would gladly delete some of those needless damage abilities and get some jetpack-jumps instead Edit: Just wanted to add that many ppl think "ok, there are shortcomings, but nothing that worries me too much". I am ok with that, I know we are nitpicky here. I think the Devs have stated somewhere that they have no problems clearing content with any class at all. But what I see is that all those shortcomings sum up and the result is that we are having an apparent imbalance and we are talking about spending our freetime here. So we dont want to be wasting it by playing anything that inferiour with the lack power and versatility :I new edit:
