  1. This months Server Wide World PvP (August 26th, 2017) at 5 PM EST, will be located in the Outlaws Den on Tatooine. Prizes will be given out to the most helpful player and the most deadly player on the battle field!
  2. Here is a preview of the Umbara Train Stronghold . Also, If you would like to see what the train looks like there is this video . Now I am pretty sure that they have left it for the major YouTube'ers to post so that it can expand the idea of the game being "for the players". Also, idk why you have to complain about it when they are making something new and adding this in a few days? It seems like everyone just doesn't have any patience these days.
  3. Yep, it may not pop as much as the two very active and full servers but PvP still pops. The server is more active in PvE and RP though. Most guilds do their own thing, Ops and Fp's always go on every night and there are lots of RP guilds.
  4. This months Server Wide World PvP (July 29, 2017) at 5 PM EST, will be located on Iokath!
  5. I truly have to agree with everyone else here. I truthfully say that I consistently agree with what the dev team does and defend them, but I am rather disappointed with how the inside of the Manaan Stronghold is small and compact. I highly enjoy the Strongholds View of Manaan and its very large outdoor entrance with the fountains and waterfall walls. I also love the advanced technology look with the great underwater environment. However, with how all of the extra nice stuff are, the large cast of credits, and how big the outdoor entrance is, you would expect the inside to be as big and majestic. I feel like the rest of the stronghold was rushed, size and hooks. A lot of the inside hooks don't look well for any design, it is as if it was made for a certain type of room rather then a "your own manaan stronghold". Overall I would probably give it a 6/10. This is over 5 because its a great location, great look, and good extras but is under a 7 due to the small space and poor hook options.
  6. Thank you so much for bringing up the topic about GSF! As a large PvP player, I enjoy the concept of GSF, however I do have some personal issues as well as feedback that many people in my guild have given to me about GSF that made myself and others lose interest over time. 1. Group options: On smaller servers, such as Jung Ma, we have major PvP players but it doesn't always pop unless you have a large group qued together. I like the 4 vs 4 group warzones that we are able to do, however, I wish GSF also had this option. The suggestion behind this is to make a 4 vs 4 group GSF that will include smaller maps, new objectives, and a more dogfight-like concept behind it rather then people easily be defeated from bombers and gunships. -Another possible idea behind this is to allow Republic and Empire players to que together just like we are able to do so in Warzones. 2. Rewards: GSF does offer great conquest points, xp points, and some credits. However, it does not drag in players to keep "flying into battle". A solution to this is to offer more items that you can buy from the Fleet Commendations that you earn after each match. In the server Jung Ma, players have been doing more Operations and Flashpoints, and have been losing interest in PvP because it doesn't give us any of the rewards such as Decorations, Gear, and Toys. 3. Fairness: I won't go into too much detail here because someone else has already posted about this. But for new players just starting to join in GSF, they are basically "space bait" because they are so easy to kill due to how advanced the "flying ace's" are. My recommendation for this is to possibly do what the MMO, Tera, does in its PvP. They boost those who are not max power so that their health is equal to everyone else, but their attack is not the same to those who are higher level - I also recommend this is an add-on for warzones so that all level's can que together. Thank you for your time and for reading everyone's ideas.
  7. I honestly find it funny how people take time to bash the developers and get all upset that the server has crashed. 1. The developers have been very helpful and active at listening to everyone opinions about the game (if you don't believe me, you probably should look at the Dev forums.) and do everything they can to stop issues like these when they first come up (Is Harbinger still down? no, so there is my point). 2. Crashes happen, welcome to the world of technology and computers. Not everything is 100% running all the time, even games that are ran by the best tech guys in the world will still crash due to connection problems and something called issues that can come out of the blue. 3. Issues like this happens to servers in almost every game known, WoW crashes, LoL crashes, Tera crashes, and many others. And yes, this has happened to other servers in SWTOR, but it hasn't happened as much in lower populated servers (come to Jung Ma and see what I mean, its always up and running and we still do PvP, Group missions, and Ops). So please, before you start bashing people with negativity and ignorance, please start fact checking and be mindful of the hard work that people are putting into the game that is allowing you to enjoy it. The developer team and CS team have been working very hard and deserve more respect then what we are crediting them for.
  8. Hello Taroth, I am the guild leader of The Shadow Empire over on imp side and the head officer of Coordinating Confusion over on pub side in Jung Ma. Our guild is highly active (more so on Imp side) with around 3-20 people online at any time. We have over 500 members and we are a family friendly PvP/PvE/RP guild (basically everything). We are looking to start doing guild ops more and have a lot of people that are laid back about raids and PvP. A lot of times we have members that also just like to level up their toons and if they need help any member is willing to do so. As a family friendly guild, we are open to everyone of every age and also welcome people to bring in the alts. As for our guild perks, we have a Guild Flagship, fully unlocked Yavin 4 HQ stronghold, Discord server (free voice/texting app), Website, Guild Bank, and lots of members who are kind and helpful. If you would like to join us just give anyone a whisper on imps side and then we can invite you to our pub guild. (our pub guild is open to only those who are in our imp guild). Please let me know if you have any questions.
  9. This is something my guild has been wanting in SWTOR FOREVER! If flagship PvP could be a thing then I would be PvPing every second.
  10. This months Server Wide World PvP (June 24, 2017) at 5 PM EST, will be located in the Outlaws Den on Tatooine. Prizes will be given out to the most helpful player and the most deadly player on the battle field!
  11. Hello everyone! As of today I have just recently started a public Discord server for the Jung Ma community. I started this server so that everyone can have a fast, quick, and efficient way to communicate events, and talk to each other when running events or raids, as well as getting to know each other so that we can become a stronger community in the SWTOR galaxy. The link to join the server is: https://discord.gg/65mbQQk If you have not used Discord before, Discord is a free voice/ texting app that you can use on the computer and IoS or Android phone. If you would like to read more about this app please check out this https://discordapp.com/.
  12. If you would like to join The Shadow Empire, feel free to whisper any of our members for an invite. We are a family friendly pvp/pve/rp guild with 500+ members and normally have from 5-20 members on at a time. We also do daily ops with the guild Dread Imp. and do tons of Uprisings and FP's everyday. If you have any questions feel free to let me know
  13. This months World PvP (May 27, 2017) will be located on Yavin 4 at the Temple Ruins. Event will start at 5 PM EST and last until everyone sleeps from having to much jawa juice. Prizes will be given out to the most helpful player on the battle field and the most deadly player.
  14. As long as Bioware keeps the server up, I will still play on Jung Ma and only Jung Ma everyday. As the days go by, I see many of my fellow players leave the server and new ones come in. Everyday is a new challenge and a new experience and in my guilds Coordinating Confusion and The Shadow Empire, we take on each and every one. I will continue to fight for Jung Ma and stand by her side till the very last breath. Long live Jung Ma!
  15. I don't know if there is a former post on this, sorry in advanced if there is. Since February, all of Jung Ma's guild flagship's travel directory list has been bugged to only show the planets of Nar Shaddaa, Quesh, Corellia, Ilum, Taris, Fleet, Maxeb, Black Hole, Section X, Oricon, Ziost, CZ-198, Rishi, and Yavin 4 in every guild on both Republic and Empire functions. I am unsure if this problem is just for Jung Ma or us and other servers, however it is preventing many guilds to not receive the travel option or flagship support to many planets. Attached is a screenshot of what I can only see in the flagship command console. https://cdn.discordapp.com/attachments/272845816404639744/303280038873399296/Screenshot_106.png Thank you for your time.
