Two separate conversations are going on here. The first is what you're referencing, cast an AoE effect (rally, etc). Most have no problems with that, just move or move away and it's fine. Over 99% of players in this game understand the mechanics and behave accordingly. The second conversation is being missed by some, it's a player who is (allegedly) following another player around the fleet, no matter where they go and casting the various /dance emotes and the like on them. That is not an acceptable form of conduct to most anyone and is likely within the games Code of Conduct rules under Harassment. The OP should file a Harassment ticket with specific times, actions and other info, also place the offending player on ignore and then let Eric and gang run through the process. Or the third possibility, is we're all being trolled in a what's become very clever and amusing thread. If so, hat's off to the op. It'd be a far better troll thread than 99% of the other troll threads we've had over the years.

They're still in the game. You will have to do the single introductory story version first before the others will trigger though, iirc. Haven't done any in ages and none at all on other than a couple of toons so my memory could be "off."

TBH I no longer recall which part required completing a hard mode FP to get a piece of something. I did this years ago long before they changed to level sync and at that time a level 60 was way over the cap for that FP. For me it's irrelevant now.

Level sync also effectively put an end to soloing your initial unlock of HK-51. Too bad too imo. That almost got me interested in doing hard content in FP maybe even ops. Almost.

I've never received a thing from the event .. quite literally never won enough to buy a thing or had anything drop -- since inception. So as far I can see, the drop rate has never changed.

I will never set foot in Starfighter again. Not in any lifetime. Learning curve is far too high, tutorial is almost worthless, and while the veterans there are generally not verbally abusive, they almost all camp spawns and prey on the newbs. At least those have been my experiences (and not terribly long ago at that). Not worth the aggravation -- not for any reward.

My personal guess is that the saboteur storyline is game and engine mechanics limitations driven rather than story. I think that if a 'clean switch' in factions was possible absent extensive recoding and the myriad of bugs that would inveitbly result, they'd have done so.

Two. I have (had?) lifetime subscriptions to 2 mmo's. Yeah both went broke.

Most of my characters have been moved to their respective fleets if they were logged out in a stronghold. And almost all of those ca not moved more than a handful of steps from where they're found on login. Big invisible walls.
