  1. Way too much? This is cheap as far as selling by rarity goes... I know it's technically a gold set, but it was as rare if not more rare than the Unstable Arbiter's Lightsaber, which if I recall correctly was more than twice the CC than this.
  2. Yeah the servers are not doing well at all right now. I've been disconnected from the game multiple times today and have been having major lag spikes as well. Just decided not to play at all for now. :/
  3. Fifth time disconnected today. Guess I just won't play until this gets fixed. /sigh
  4. I've been getting constant spikes in ms while playing on The Harbinger the past couple of days, and I asked to general chat to make sure I wasn't the only one. Several people are experiencing this, and today I've been disconnected from the server three times on top of constant lag spikes.
  5. How about we just scrap the hook system altogether and use a grid system instead? That way we can actually place every single thing exactly where we want it.
  6. Today I was creating an outfit for one of my alts, and for about the millionth time I had to go through and drag+drop every single armor piece I redeemed from my collections. My idea to fix this, and essentially save us players some time, is a checkbox deletion system. Basically some sort of way we could click each thing we want to delete from our inventory, then click "Delete All Selected Items".
  7. Well it does cause a problem with those who don't have a sister guild. ;P
  8. Well as my title suggests, this would only be my plans for the story specifically. With the expansion there would definitely come something new for PvP as well (including open world PvP on Dantooine/Shadowlands). Perhaps a new PvP Arena-type map on Kashyyyk, such as a Wookiee fighting pit where you can bet on players and whatnot.
  9. I like this idea, though one of the issues I had while reading it is that a lot of what you said has happened is all dependent on your choices in the story. For example: Acina is still alive in my current story. However, I think you're right nonetheless. The Eternal Alliance had its fun but the core of Star Wars, to me at least, has always been the Republic and the Empire. My proposed "Fall of the Eternal Empire" patch could be renamed to "Fall of the Eternal Alliance" since that's kind of what I meant it to be. The patch would basically give us a few last story chapters in order to tie up loose ends and render the Eternal Alliance either broken to the point of no return, powerless enough that the "Outlander" no longer sees a use for it, or both. I strongly agree that the Republic and Empire both need a lot more attention and a lot more building to regain their power, as to me they are the two biggest and strongest factions in the Star Wars Universe, and they need to be shown as such. With the Eternal Alliance dissipated, the "Outlander" would return to the faction of their choice (more on this later), and help them rebuild and regain their strength while, as you said, they are given an appropriate position of power or rank. BioWare would also have to coordinate the story and decisions you make with the past decisions, as they have always done, which does come with its own problems (e.g. Sith Character becoming Emperor, but what if Acina is alive?). I do, however, believe it is entirely possible to work around these and make a good story. In this respect, there would be a lot of different outcomes depending on your choices within KotFE and beyond, but this is exactly what the players want. Choices that matter, and provide many varying effects in both the short and long-term. Earlier I stated that with this patch, players would be able to choose which faction they wish to return to, as the result of them leaving the Eternal Alliance behind... While originally I was summarizing that, I thought of a nice way this could be implemented; Essentially, the player would choose a side, and if they change to the other faction they would be given a title and/or a class name-change. For example: A Jedi Guardian chooses to side with the Empire and join them. The Jedi Guardian would then become the "Dark Jedi Guardian" and be given a title such as "Dark Jedi [name]" or "[name] the Fallen". I believe this would satisfy a large majority of players, including myself. EDIT: Reading this over, I realized I did not take guilds into account with faction changes. This is a bit of a problem, since if you're in a guild that is only on the Empire, but you switch the Republic, what would happen? Presumably you'd have to leave your guild in order to defect... To prevent this, either guilds/conquest would need to be overhauled to not regard factions, or we technically create a new "faction" that essentially serves as either Republic or Empire. The latter would basically mean that, say a Jedi joins the Empire, said Jedi is allowed on the Imperial Fleet, and in PvP they fight the Republic, but as far as chat/grouping goes, they would have access to both. - TL;DR- I agree with you, and they'd have to make sure they create many outcomes accommodating past decisions. Once the Eternal Alliance is no more and players have chosen which faction they wish to change to permanently, War of the Ancients can go into effect.
  10. That would be doable, except the difference would be that it would most likely contain more than just the final boss, since I'd like all of them to have a strong connection to the story. Probably watered-down mechanics, but still fun ones.
  11. Hmm.. If only there were a place where they read the things we post...
  12. First, I'd release a patch; Fall of the Eternal Empire. This would be the final installment of the KotFE/KotET series and it would give players the option to officially switch factions if they want to. After that settles I'd release a new expansion; War of the Ancients. WotA would go back to the dynamic storytelling where each faction has their own storyline; On Korriban ancient Sith ghosts are reawakening from their tombs and preparing to wreak havoc on the galaxy. This disturbance in the Force awakens ancient Jedi ghosts on Tython whose mission is to stop them. This expansion would feature two new, large planets; Dantooine and Kashyyyk. On Dantooine the Republic and the Empire clash as each factions ghosts search for ancient artifacts in never-before-seen parts of the planet. Eventually we are given a Flashpoint called Attack on the Ancient Temple/Defense of the Ancient Temple (For the Empire or Republic respectively). This Flashpoint takes place in the old Jedi Enclave on Dantooine as the Sith ghosts seek an ancient Jedi artifact, and the Jedi do whatever it takes to protect it. Events transpire, but it's not over yet. Now we're taken to Kashyyyk to seek out an old ally, Jakarro the Wookie, who would also become a new companion, unless of course your decisions cause him to turn against your faction and work with the other one. However while on Kashyyyk, the ancient ghosts catch wind of a Star Map located in the dark depths of the Shadowlands on the planet's surface. While originally used to help Revan and his allies locate the Star Forge, the device itself contains immeasurable secrets and power. Both factions come to a clash once again in the Shadowlands in an effort to find the hidden Star Map. Events transpire... We are given one more Flashpoint, "Map of the Ancients". The Flashpoint would essentially be the same for either faction, differences being in Jedi/Sith, Republic/Imperial Troops, and certain key characters. At the end of this Flashpoint we find the Star Map and remove its ancient core, revealing the secrets within.... This leads us to the new Operation, "Ancient Secrets". This op takes us to an ancient space station reminiscent of the Star Forge, where we fight our way through the oldest of ghosts and machines, as we discover that the ghosts of both the Sith and the Jedi have allied under a new Master, "Animus". Events transpire... At the end of the storyline you are given a choice that will impact the rest of the game for years to come... Share the Ancient Knowledge you have acquired with your faction, keep it for yourself, or destroy it. EDIT: The Faction-switching thing is of course an optional detail that I added in out of pure interest, and isn't absolutely necessary for the story itself. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- ((Side Note: This is just a storyline for an expansion that I would come up with if I were a writer for this game. This is entirely my own idea that I came up with and wanted to share. I am curious to see what you all think of it, and I welcome all feedback.)) -----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
