A lot more time has passed then 5 years. Maybe from the starting zone of your toon to the rise of the Emperor 5 years of past but between Ziost and the start of Knights of the Fallen Empire its more like 20+ years. There's no way two boys grow up to early adulthood in 1 year. And its probably more than that considering the emperor had to find zakuul, get married and then have kids and raise them, then have them wage war on the Republic and Empire. Unless we are aren't scaling Galactic Revolutions to what we the players consider a year. Then I couldnt imagine how long 1 year is in star wars. Since its an entire galaxy of solar systems, and not just a single planet revolution, like earth. But I can only say more than enough time has past for someone to start a family and raise children into adulthood

What I was saying is what these exact forums were saying in the early 200 pages, when I asked this question last time. That the only thing that our tech stats don't affect is rapid shots. So now I a bit confused. because if Rail is based off our ranged stats, then doesn't that mean that we need to meet 105% acc 75% surge and 30% crit in the range tab? If so that means we will be over stacked in a our tech tab. because i am at 107.5% acc in tech but only 97% acc in range tab. and I am nearly fully conq out.

Rail shot, does it fall under ranged stats or tech? Guilds arguing with me about this.

You wont see me disagreeing there. but shades and sins are the most balanced class in the game.

I know an Op that will shut down anyone. So dont go and try saying that Ops are underpowered.

Ironically Pyro potentially does more dmg then arsenal, it just has ZERO burst. Its all consistent steady damage.

I am talking bout a game I just did like 10mins ago, and periodically over the weeks A pyro who knows what he is doing out damages the arsenal---I doubt he is killing anything, but still doing 100k more damage. but the arsenal can easily beat the pyro in a 1v1

I still see pyro/assault doing more dmg then arsenal/gunnrey by 100k

Hmmm everyone on my server Po5 must be doing something seriously wrong, cause i rarely see any class do 1000dps. But this is just regs. Or are you talking pve numbers here?

Are those stats passive, or will they show up in your stat chart?

So is it better to stack the partisan and conq increase power or to get double conq increase power/increase dmg? Also, call me newbish for asking this but when it comes to stat capping like Acc Surge etc etc should we be worrying bout ranged stats (I.E Weap dmg which affects rail shot) or only focus on Tech stats (I.E. Tracer, HSM etc etc) cause my tech stats are superior by far to my range stats. CLEARLY THIS IS A MERC ONLY QUESTION, since I assume that trooper is 99% all Weap/ranged dmg.
