I have sent more than a few emails to the terms and serves, I have called the CS hotline and gotten no response. What would be the next proper course of action when T&S failed to show to a arbitration and don't respond to the dissension that came from them?

This isn't the only bug all loot on 16 sm is bugged, they haven't fixed that. The Cortonie fight was never fixed.

We did report it and we got a we are sorry have a great day. Didn't get the coms from completion quest or chest and told to deal with it. It wasn't being used as a exploit by us, we used it as it was intended when it was implemented in Public test server. because of this very problem. So please stop accusing us of exploiting it.

GEE kinda sounds like they should have just left the mechanic to reenter and get loot you should have earned but couldn't because of these ongoing bugs. Only should have punished those that actually abused it instead of just those that used it for it's intent. But hey what do I know since I am only a consumer of this half baked product.

It isn't cheating when the gear obtained doesn't equal the amount of gear that should have been earned. My guild runs 16m and still today the gear that is dropping isn't in the amount it should be. It is also not cheating because the means of doing this was implemented by the devs because of the problem that if you died during the final fight you were not eligible for any of the gear. This is the reason why we(my guild) used this, we didn't abuse or profit from this but still we are being punished.

The so called "ravagers exploit" was a fix that the dev's them self put in game because the loot wasn't attainable in the PTR due to a bug. At time of relieve the same bug was unfixed now as well as the loot for 16 sm isn't fixed. but they have the audacity to punish us for getting gear some of us rightfully earned. I find it very amusing how they keep hurting the game with incomplete and untested patches then complain about us dealing with the mess they had made. How about with this "punishment" (or more correctly termed Violation of purchase agreement due to incomplete software) EA/Bio/SWOTR Admits they created this problem and actually move forward and start testing 16 and 8 man sm and hm. Thou It is unlikely that EA/bio/swotr would make the suggested change and in any way try to uphold the promise they have made I am not leaving the game. I have made friends and enjoy the content when it works. I do not feel i am inflating the problem because the same issues in game come back each expansion and each relies. The big sign that they don't test their own product is very clear when loot isn't dropping or a boss is so glitched it is impossible. Please dear reader consider both sides of this coin and post thoughts on what the real problem is.
