During the knights of the fallen empire and eternal throne, I have had this issue over and over again. During a cutscene, when a companion or NPC draws there weapon, he/she would have both them holstered and in his/her hand. For example Lana has two lightsabers and Tharon has 3-4 blasters in the cutscene. Don't know how to fix it or a way around it. If someone can help that would be great. This has been a problem since July 2nd, 2019, and it has STILL not been fixed. Partial Spoiler Warning: During the Knights of the Eternal Empire story mission, you will leave Zakuul on a ship with some companions. One of those Companions, Koth, has a crew later in the story. On chapter 5, they are already on the ship. That not only ruins some player's experience to the story, but also the NPC block your companions and are in the way during cutscenes! It has been TWO YEARS! How can you not fix a bug with that amount of time? The only thing we got was "Hi folks, It seems that Koth's crew doesn't know when it's time to leave a party. Our team is still working on this and when we have more info to share about this bug, we will inform the community." That was posted by a community team at the beginning of January 2021 in the original thread "Gravestone is filled with npcs before visiting Asylum." Now it is August 8th, 2021 and no new update has fixed it or any word from the community team on the what the progress is. If they can fix it soon, that would be perfect. If they can let us know what is going on, that would also be great. So far the only thing I have seen is them working on a new expansion to the game. That is great and all but how can I get to the newest expansion if the previous storyline has bugs ruining the cutscenes? Especially if I want to record and post my story gameplay on Youtube? I am not the only one who want's to do that. Please if you are reading this, please fix the bug and soon. It is now July 30th, 2021. I have been playing this game for a long time. Bugs like this one is what ruin the immersion in the game. Even small stuff like when during a cutscene you have random npc blocking characters when they shouldn't be there. The bug is still an issue and many players have wanted it fix for a long while. They said they are looking into it but it has been YEARS now. Still not fixed. There are many bugs in this game that haven't been fixed that drive me insane. Seriously if you want players to enjoy the game without issues, listen and fix the problems and don't lie when you say that you are looking into it and are fixing it. It shouldn't take you this long to fix it. You also can't say you don't notice it because you already confirmed that you did. You even close threads when another person makes it about the same probably. You can't just block the issues away and ignore us. We want to enjoy this game to the fullest. So please listen the threads when we ask for you to help us and fix the bug and not leave us hanging. You haven't even given us updates on the progress. All you said was that you were working on it and that was a long time ago. If you want new players to enjoy and keep putting money into the game, then you have to take notice of issues and fix it. All new players will have to go through the story and if they see problems like this, they won't continue playing.

I am trying to rename my character, but I don't know what alt codes work. Plus everytime I put one at the beginning of the name and hit okay the name changer closes but doesn't change the name.

Nvm I fixed it. weird glitch though.

Just now I just bought a Rename: Character name for 1000 cartel coins and just used it on one of my toons. After I wrote the name in and clicked confirm, it didn't change my toon's name or give me a warning saying that the name is taken. I logged off and logged back in and still no name change. I feel like it is a glitch or something and Idk how to fix it. Please help.

Doesn't matter now. I contacted them and they said they are working on the issue. They said some people have been having the issue.

Monday night or Tuesday morning (Depends on your timezone). Sorry When I say monday I mean late at night when the updated the game for the bounty broker. I checked multiple times and yeah it isn't there. I know I didn't spend it to, or sold them on the Gtn

Hey, So I was grinding on Tuesday into Wednesday for Completed bounty contracts. Got about 15 to 20 of them. Before I logged off I put them in my legacy bank. I took a few days break and when I just get back on today Friday May 11th, they are all gone. Where did all my contracts go?!?!

On Tuesday May 9th I was grinding through some bounty contract quest and after I finished them I would put the contracts in my legacy bank. After I got off I took a break for a few days and when I got back on today they are gone. Where did they go? I looked in all my toons inventories and I checked there banks. I even checked my legacy bank and still no. What the hell happened and where did they go?
