  1. Same issue for me. I have all 4. The Eviscerating Crystall is unlockable. The unlock buttons seem to be broken for the Hawkeye, Indestructible, and War Hero Crystals.
  2. Check your Private messages CrazyMcGee. Sent you some thoughts on this.
  3. I know that this is highly subjective and perhaps too obvious to justify saying, but I think the armor is holding value simply because people think it looks awesome. I seem to be in the minority in liking all of the glowing sets, but I find this one in particular to be truly fantastic. I love the metallic look and the overall style compared to the other adaptive set I tend to use on my trooper. These helmets are also the best trooper helmets available through collections in my opinion. GTN prices for cartel goods tend to reflect rarity most of the time. However, there are cases where rarity takes a back seat to desirability. I found it interesting on my server that the Coastal Varactyl and Zeldrate are clearly more common drops (based on the number for sale) than the Gurian Royale, but that they are retaining their value better anyway, simply because people seen to be more excited about the creature mounts these days.
  4. Raptors are pets. There is a dinosaurish mount called a Zeldrate as well.
  5. Correct. If you are opening packs this time around, expect to get a lot underwear, not much else. It feels like the drop rate for those is waaaay too high. Has anyone seen a Zeldrate or the new Varactyl drop? I haven't seen one live yet, but it's possible that people are just holding them for sale. I can confirm that the raptors exist as I have them both. One of them is a $600 CC account unlock so guessing that one is the most rare.
  6. Note: I moved this thread over from the customer service forums. I put it there by mistake. I checked known issues and it seems this is not listed as one of them. I have tried unlocking the dueling banner for use across my legacy multiple times. I have bought the dueling banner for multiple characters across multiple servers. While it always activates when I begin a duel with someone, it never gets added to collections (even after rebooting the launcher, which seems to resolve most other collection unlock issues). Can someone confirm whether or not this is a universal bug or if it only impacts specific cases, and if the latter, what I should do about it fix? It is one of only 2 items left I need to complete my collections and it's driving me nuts (OCD I know). I have seen similar threads about this before, but rather than bringing one of them back from the dead I thought I should post a new one in hopes of it getting more attention. Thank you for your time,
  7. Yes I bought both the Nihilus Mask and the Revan Mask and unlocked both in collections so I could use them across all toons. The reason for my lengthy response was simply to let you know what the nuances are, since usually when people buy them and try to add them to collections, they are unaware of the timer issue and panic, thinking they will not actually unlock.
  8. Also, I am pretty sure (90%) that the items are not bound to legacy. The certificates however, are, so you can mail those to your alt and have them purchase the item instead. If you were planning to mail it back and forth, unfortunately I think this is impossible.
  9. As you noted, the Revan's Mask is only retrievable from collections if you have the entire set ( I believe includes Upper, Lower, Sash, Gloves, Mask and (maybe) boots). So make sure you have all of the pieces before you buy it if you want to use collections. But to answer your question directly, yes, these masks and all other certificate items do indeed work with collections. There are a couple of nuances to be aware of. After you buy the item, you will notice a 2 hour cooldown timer. This is basically a refund timer, and within this window, you can still get a refund of your creds and certificates should you so chose. Once the timer expires, then you can permanently bind it to yourself by equipping it like any piece you would find in a pack or on the GTN. Keep in mind, sometimes after equipping items you have to restart the launcher for them to add to collections. Also keep in mind the cooldown timer is "in-game time" meaning you can't buy the item, log out, and come back in 2 hours. You need to wait out the timer in game. Hope that helps.
  10. Hehe...funny. Maybe /Flourish near clickables secretly makes your character activate buttons and switches in epic ways. Like dropkicking terminals or uppercutting elevator switches.
  11. It will work. However, its a little different than other cartel gear. It doesnt bind to collections as soon as you equip it. There is a 2 hour timer on it in case you want to refund it during that window. After 2 hours it should bind permanently and you should be able to unlock it with the cartel fee from another character. One more thing, the 2 hour timer is in game time not real world time, meanining if you log out and come back in 2 hours no time will pass. So after you buy it equip it and then go do something with that toon for 2 hours to burn the timer down. One final thing. For whatever reason sometimes you have to close the game and restart it after the otem binds for it to add to your collection so afteethe binding process I recommend shutting the game down and restarting it if you have issues. Hope this helps.
  12. I am glad this thread was created. I agree wholeheartedly with the OP and most of the sentiment in this thread. With all of the amazing options available from the cartel market armors, it sucks that it is cost prohibitive to actually put them to use and switch them up regularly. I don't know anyone who regularly changes their appearance due to not wanting to go through the pain of spending $1m+ credits to extract augments and install new kits. And that's before you even consider the cost of moving the mods, enhancements and armoring. As the CM and collection system (which I love) grows the available appearance options for players, it would be nice to have the added flexibility. So I could bundle up when heading to hoth, cool off with lighter looking gear on tatooine, wear my house organa stuff on alderaan, etc. I really like the idea of adding an appearance slot to a base "armor set", similar to how the dye system works. That way, you don't ruin any of the credit sinks associated with level progression and gearing and auging. Whether or not this is actually technically feasible, I have no idea. If it's not and you are worried about the consequences of credit sinks during leveling maybe you restrict it to level 55s or something. But I think the main point is, no one is really putting money into the credit sink right now anyway so all of these great designs are going to waste.
  13. It's likely a question of price/availability. On my server, Revan's upper and lower robes are still available, the mask you can get from cartel certificates, but the gloves turn up very rarely on the GTN for north of 10M credits. From my observations (checking each day, once in the morning and once in the evenings), Revan's Sash is no longer available at all. The last one I saw was over a month ago and went for 20M credits. They really should re-release the original packs again to replenish GTN opportunity for these items. There are a couple gen 1 items I have been searching for for months without ever seeing them. Likely because the drop rates for quality items in the first round of packs were terrible vs. round 2/3 (lots of one time use "junk") so less people bought the packs due to poor overall value. If they do re-release the packs, I hope they adjust the drop rates. Alternatively they could make all gen 1 pack items that are collectible available for cartel certificates but they really should do something. Especially when you consider that collections wasn't even available when the first packs came out so no one knew what they should keep and had to grapple with limited inventory space with bound cartel items which discouraged collecting.
  14. Thank you Amber. The same behavior is occurring with the Poison Lobel pet. It says "unlocking" in red text and takes your coins, but he cannot be reclaimed from collections.
