  1. What about all of my legacy unlocks? Many of which were paid for with real money.
  2. From a business standpoint, the time and man-hours invested in paid transfers will pay for itself several times over. It's not it's a new concept either, it's been done with the mergers.
  3. I get back from months away, amped after hearing a friend plays it only to find out he's on another server and I can't transfer. Seriously Bioware? Do you even care? You promised paid transfers almost a year ago. It's like you actively pursue opportunities to keep players away.
  4. There's been a lot of hate lately, it's sad to watch, and incredibly difficult to compete with some other MMOs. BZ on the group finder though, keep the good work coming!
  5. For many, this post will be too long to read. I've done my best to break it up for the 99% that will skim it. Please add constructive criticism, and I'll keep this a running list. Nothing class-specific here please. SWTOR is a game I love, with incredible potential. It pains me to see it so close to hitting the mark. I hope this reaches the attention of someone who can make a difference. 1- Community. I grew up with 6 man groups and 75 man raids. There was no such thing as leveling up alone. That's what I personally was accustomed to. This developed an incredible community, and it's something I haven't seen in years. In my opinion, SWTOR is desperately lacking in the community regard. a- Servers. The servers need to be merged. Transfers have left already hurting servers in a more dire state for those who were left behind. I love the super-server concept. Ideally, I could see moving to about 10 servers for the US folks. b- Server Forums. We need real server forums, not alphabetically listed, then filter by the name. I would like to see my server name on the Community page(http://www.swtor.com/community/). c- Guilds. A guild finder in game would be greatly useful. A key element which I've never seen to date would be a population ticker. When I search for a guild based on criteria such as casual, PvP, hardcore, etc., I also want to see active users. How many people have logged in the last 24 hours? How many people are online right now? d- Friends List. Something similar to Real ID would be great, but otherwise, when I add a friend, they shouldn't need to be online, and I should be able to see when they're on an alt. Something in a pre-populated note would be helpful. If I friend "Beeteljuice" and he's playing an alt "Joeyboots" I'd like to see in the notes for his alt the name of the character I know him by. e- Paid transfers. My friends are scattered across different servers, I'm looking forward to joining them. 2- Groups. They key to any MMO. a- Too small. I know this is asking alot, but 4-man groups is too small for an MMO. They need to be 5-6 people, this would also alleviate the queue times for DPS players immensely. Right now, it doesn't "feel" massive. As my friend said it "SWTOR is the best single player game out there." 3- Flashpoints. What 90% of the end game is. a- Cross server queues. This need would be eliminated with super-servers. b- Completion teleporting. I want to go back to the exact same spot I was when I entered. c- Efficiency Mode. When I'm running flashpoints for the first time, I love the story line. Upon the 3rd time around, I'm pissed off at the person who's not skipping the dialog. Having an alternate queuing mode for efficiency should eliminate all dialog, light/dark side, social gains. I just want to kill stuff and get loot. 4- Misc. a- Dual spec. This would be great, but honestly, the rest is more critical in my opinion. Again please let me know what you think (constructive criticism only). I'll work on updating the list. Cheers!
  6. Anyone when pre-release started and when they cut off for today? I'm Aug 5th, trying to judge where I stand. Cheers!
