So after putting in my password and security key, I hit login like usual and instead of moving on the launcher just pops up a blue spinning wheel and then says unable to retrieve patch information. It's been doing this since I got disconnected from my server. I have already disabled my firewall and my antivirus for the game completely. Any ideas what might be going on?
