  1. Most people queuing for HM FPs are unwilling to queue for a specific HM fp because then you don't get that 6 radiant crystal daily reward for queuing for a random HM FP. But group finder doesn't put people queuing for all HM FPs and people who have stuff unselected in to separate queue. Since vast majority inf GF queue have all selected or only Blood Hunt, Lost Island etc unselected, if you queue for Foundry only, you should get pop relatively fast, especially if you are tank. As DPS might take a little longer, but should be faster than trying to form Foundry group. When I queue for random HM FP, Maelstrom Prison, the Republic equivalent of Foundry, pops up relatively often since there are still many HK chip hunters queuing it as only selected HM FP.
  2. This doesn't really slow getting to full 224 as much as encourages people to get there with more boring way. Sometimes 60 level tokens appear at GTN for just over 3 million, this just encourages people to get their 224 with alts by passing around legacy gear and getting 60 level chars with tokens and power leveling them to 60 in one op or 2, and grinding especially EV/KP hm when highlighted. But I guess this will increase sales of 60 level tokens from Cartel market...
  3. When you queue for a specific HM FP you don't get the daily reward for six radiant crystals, you need to have all options selected. However, if you are queuing for all HM FPs and get put in to a group with someone who had only 1 HM FP selected, you will still get that reward. There are probably plenty of people who don't mind doing Foundry but have no interest to queue for it as only selected HM FP since that would lead to loss of that 6 radiant crystal reward. So try to queue for Foundry as the only selected HM FP.
  4. These instructions are more than sufficient if you have rudimentary understanding of how itemization works in 4.0 . This understanding can be achieved by hovering the mouse over items and reading the stats. The "to Maximize Average DPS, DtPS or HPS in PVE" tells us that assumption is the piece that maximizes those, the piece that spends the least amount of stat budget to endurance. Token earpieces and implants and, and for 220 rating for dps/heals Lethal mod 43 (non-lettered one), and the enhancements with 99 endurance, not the ones with 131 endurance and less power. Of course unless otherwise mentioned, i.e. more endurance heavy option for tanks with B-mods When it comes to the tertiary stats Enhancement = Implant = Earpiece. There are multiple gear setups to achieve these stats. All 220 rated enhancements and earpieces, except the tanks' most endurance heavy options which have only 151 of tertiary stats, have 160 of tertiary stats. So those ideal Annihilation/Watchman stats could be achieved by getting 4x160 alacrity, 4x160 critical, 2x160 accuracy from any combination of 220 rated, 99 endurance enhancements and token earpieces and implants.
  5. That's more like basic business sense. Accounting is pretty critical for business. Cloud accounting software provider who does maintenance at their customer's business hours, would be out of business pretty soon. MMORPGs are not really critical to anyone's livelihood or business or society. Bioware won't get destroyed for this unlike cloud accounting software provider would for having maintenance at normal business hours. Thus it doesn't make business sense for them to hire European team or pay huge extra for their American team for pulling night shift. In their calculations, occasionally maintenance going too late to European prime time costs them less than alternatives.
  6. So what do you think of the new 216/220/224 6 piece set bonus. (6) Deflection's duration is increased by 3 seconds and its cooldown is reduced by 10 seconds. I guess this is a buff in most situations compared to the old 6 piece set bonus. Vanguards and PTs and Juggs and Guardians though get duration bonus to two abilities. I think it would be even nicer one if they removed that 10 second cd reduction for Deflection and added 3-5 extra seconds to Battle Readiness.
