  1. The voice acting is all superficial. Plus it's essentially worthless once you hit end game. If you want to keep subscribers end game is where your eggs need to be, so to speak.
  2. There is very little that is awesome when compared to other MMO's. The story is awesome, everything else is no better, and often worse than other MMOs.
  3. The world is bland and boring. Every planet feels virtually the same. The only planet which felt alive to me, like there was actually enough work put into it was dromund kaas. The idea of the republic/imperial fleet is the biggest lack of creativity I've ever seen. WoW has what...10 unique capital "hubs", and SWTOR can't even make 2? Wow. PVP is a joke. Every class has about twice as many forms of player control as they need, and the resolve bar doesn't work. Is it so hard to understand that being taken out of control of your character is the most frustrating thing that can happen? Giving every single class 10 ways to slow/stun/cc you is silly. No meaningful reward system. Particularly in PVP. Still no rated WZ's? lol Complete lack of mystery, wonder, exploration, etc. The world is completely static and linear, not remotely interesting. Wow had an "open" world, where you can see things you might not reach for weeks, but it sure as hell interests you. Linear corridors don't do that. I wish they took a page out of EVEs book and made interpanetary travel and space combat a bit more interesting. Imagine if there were giant swathes of space to explore, you had completely free roam with your ship, but at any time you could go to light speed at get to a planetary space station. Bleh. Legacy system is utter tripe. They could add things that are actually meaningful, like let a sentinel use a double bladed lightsaber instead of dual wield. Or different standing/running stances for how we hold our lightsabers. Purely cosmetic stuff, but stuff that's actually interesting. People care about their character, not mailboxes on their ship, which we have no reason to ever be on except to get to other planets. The game is a WoW clone that is missing easily 50% of wows content. I wish the game tried something original in the wow world. You can't compete with wow with a game that is a shoddy knockoff of wow. Instead you could've done something unique, something completely different that would have appealed to people more than wow. All we got is a completely superficial story system that ends once you hit max level. I'm not sure how hard it is to realize that you spend most of your time and rl dollars at the max level in an MMO, aka when the story ceases to matter. People want something to be better than wow, and that imo means different. All these companies making shoddy wow clones end up with their MMOS failing. Gee I wonder why.
  4. The difference will be completely unnoticable if you were to wear say, one or two piece of medium armor.
  5. Both ESO and SWTOR are generic MMOS, wow clones that will prob be missing half of wows content. just set in slightly different universes. It's almost like they're asking to fail.
  6. You kill him in one of the easiest lvl 50 flashpoints. That's hardly a very important villain.
  7. There's nothing wrong with having both.
  8. The entire point of rare unique stuff is that everyone isn't supposed to have it. I hate people like you who think that because YOU can't get it, no one should have it. It makes this game immensely boring.
  9. I am interested in the ability to make certain UI elements only visible when you're in combat. Mostly just action bars really though. I really don't need to see some of my combat focused action bars unless I'm actually in combat. The way I have my main 5 abilities set up, they are in the ideal place to keep track of them when actually fighting, but they rather obscure some my vision when not in combat. I won't sacrifice combat efficiency for looks, but with this I could have the best of both worlds. Just something I'd like, not sure how many other people care for it. Word.
  10. Basically, I would like to be able to add a secondary, movable resource bar (in addition to the one on your character portrait), which can be moved anywhere. I'd like to be able to keep track of how much focus I have without having to look at all the other clutter on the portrait. Not to mention, when designing a UI based around efficient delivery of information to optimize your combat performance, you want the information you need to perform your job well, any other stuff can be distracting. For me, how much focus I have is rather important when deciding which ability to perform next, and it deserves a spot not far from the center of my screen. My portrait, health, buffs and debuffs, not quite so much. Thanks.
  11. Yes please. I have my "main rotation" buttons all put in a specific place just south of the center of my screen so I can actually watch the fight while watching my rotation. Since I only want my main rotation abilities there, I kind of need to invalidate about 7 of the bars slots, which would be great if they were moved elsewhere. It's worth it, but I would still like another bar to put additional abilities. I would also like the ability to select when an action bar is visible, ie, only during combat. There's a lot of UI stuff you don't need to see unless you're in combat.
  12. Errrr...armoring mods are all virtually identical. How exactly would you be limiting yourself....at all?
  13. The dps bonus you get from having dispatch cost 1 less focus is considerably smaller than doing 10% more dmg 5/12 of the time.
  14. OP probably doesn't realize you have to move in combat. Believe it or not, pvp does not consist of two people standing still and pressing abilities until someone dies.
  15. As a sentinel, about half the time I use force kick, it activates the GCD (or at least the graphic), which is pretty annoying given that it's not on the GCD. Any plans to fix this? Thanks. Also, force sweep still has the stutter.
