I am experiencing this issue and have never once played on the PTS. I cannot get past the launcher at all. I use the steam version and the launcher instantly crashes when attempting to open. I am able to play fine on my other computer which is running an Intel i7-6700 and Nvidia 980Ti card. This machine that has the issue is of course using a Ryzen processor and RTX 2060, much like the others in this thread.
