  1. I was not assuming anything. I was just using the information provided by the people that are designing the game. It would be assuming if I altered what has been said. The Blog post clearly says that the first phase will be 8 man teams only. ======================================================================================== 04.11.2012 Hey everybody, It is with great reluctance that I have to announce Ranked Warzones are not going live with Game Update 1.2: Legacy. We had a fantastic run of testing on the Public Test Server and I can’t begin to thank the community enough for their tireless advocacy for this feature and the time people took to file bugs and voice their concerns. After careful consideration, it is clear that to make Ranked Warzones the feature we all want it to be is going to take a bit more time. I apologize for any disappointment this may cause and ask for your patience as we work to make sure the Ranked Warzone Preseason launch is polished and fun. With Legacy, the new Warzone, Operation, and Flashpoint, as well as many other amazing features of Game Update 1.2 ready to go, we're very excited for tomorrow's additions. In the future we'll be rolling the Ranked Warzone Preseason out in phases, listening carefully to player feedback and making adjustments as we go. The first phase will be full team, eight-player queuing only and from there we'll look at next steps as Preseason progresses.   2. Except when they announced that they were going to pull RWZ from the 1.2 patch, that when they actualy do get them fixed. They will be 8 man teams required. They have pulled the plug at this point on the solo or smaller group que options to RWZ for the "preseason"
  3. I will live with what ever system they generate unfortantly becuase there is not another game peeking my interests at this point. However, Your counter to his statement is flawed, since the RWZ are going to Require 8 Man teams to Que. No single or 4 man or 6 man..You either have 8 people or you can not even have the option to join RWZ matches to cut the amount of time for the grind down. Cross Server Ques will help the RWZ matches but if they only go with same server teams for a while, the number of RWZ matches even being played are going to be very low, due to population imbalance and lack of large guilds that can even field 8 man teams consistantly again not reducing the time of the grind.
  4. The only daily I had Available this morning after clearing them all out was the 3 WZ win.
  5. Here is the Rub. There is NO WAY you guys did not know this wasn't going in. You would of had to Rewrite the Entire patch to remove the Ranked WZ and Que system and Build a Alternative means of getting the gear that was suppose to be tied to the Rated WZ. Then you would of had to send that ReWriten patch threw testing and get it cleared to be launched. The fact that you are now sending it all back to the Development team and we are now once again Months away before this is even close to going live, just reenforces the fact that you guys knew the situation. Not to mention you are now completely changing the fact that unless you are in a large guild and can field a full team of 8 consistant, you won't even beable to participate in the Ranked WZ when they do go live. Is even a large confirmation that you knew there was Major issues that you were never going to get resolved in time. Everyone would preffer a Fine tuned release instead of another Failed Ilum attempt but atleast be honest about this whole thing and not pretend that you did not know. Based on a Month plus of Hyping this to the public and Guild Summits and Cons round tables that this was going to be a Signigicant hit to the population and you waited to the last second to annound so you could milk as many of the 1 month of Subs out of people coming back to the game for this one aspect as you could before you let the players in on it. All this did was create a new Gear Grind to replace the bags rng and removed all aspects of open world pvp that was dead anyway. My personnel opion is you have been watching the Que times for standard WZ continuely growing longer and longer and saw the pop on the servers dropping and since you can not do Cross Server Ques. You chose to hold it out so you can accomplish server mergers and try and build more healthy server balances before you released it. Again though, you would of known this Long before hours before the launch. The only real question is, Do you really believe that adding in 1 new WZ and opening up a old WZ to same side play, is going to satisfy the pvp community for the next couple months before you can get the Ranked WZ out to them? I do not believe it is.
  6. I am 0-12 so far. I hope who ever is having the luck to off set mine to keep the Avg 25% drop rate accurate is enjoying his/her windfall of shiney new gear.
  7. So over 24 hours now, still no answers on a fix and over 12 hours since the last update of "we are making progress". Meanwhile, with the imbalance in Pops, Imps are farming the Central Armaments for their Daily and Weekly while the Republic gets the Shaft just like the allowing them to farm the base spawn for almost an entire day. Solo kill 1 Imp near the Reb base. I have died More times then I can count now and still 0 credit. This is just incredably poor.
  8. Hopefully someone can correct me, but I thought when I looked last night. The Champion Boots cost was like 36 or 39 champion comendations and now they are 69. Did I just miss read the cost last night ( entirely possable, was up later then normal ) or did they almost double when this clearly says they were not going to change?

I started seeing posts about this around 9am my time. 4 hours later there is finaly a official post that says..Be patient and we are looking into it. 5 hours later from the We are looking into it messege and the best we get is.. we are making Progress. I would Hope you are making progress after 9 hours of being aware of the issue. Was thinking it should of been closer to the Solution Announcement part by now.
  10. Does happen to both sides. I keep waiting for the match that both teams use it and it ends up being a 20 on 20 WZ death match like Ilum should be.
  11. Do you consider knocking a player back off the Bridge to instant death in Voidstar a simliar exploit? Wouldn't a simplier solution to the Ilum issue be to. Back away from the base a bit and force them to come out or is the having 4 to 1 odds to much enjoyment that you feel you should be able to just roll into the base and spawn camp them?
  12. The Cherry on top is it is always followed by someone in caps yelling at you for not passing.
  13. When you get out, open another bag and realise you are almost out of Companions to spend your Centurian commendations on but still don't have a full set of Champion armor for yourself.
  14. When your the Ball carrier and the Pullers on your team have a tug of war match with the Knockback players on the other team with your body.
