How do I submit a ticket?

To whom it may concern, I have not done 16m SM/HM EV, however my achievement for the Infernal Council in both 8m Story Mode/8m Hard Mode Eternity Vault is not showing complete and I run SM every week, and HM almost every week. Please fix this... thanks

Yup... same this is ridiculous, its been 4 hours *sigh*, subs should get a 1 day extension... this game ain't exactly the cheapest.
