  1. Hochi-dono - Marauder - Annihilation - 36/8/2 - 4'10.52 - DPS 3999.64 http://swtor.askmrrobot.com/character/7f3e0a0e-94f9-481f-88d3-b276f4d70117 http://www.torparse.com/a/711443/time/1403981408/1403981658/0/Overview
  2. I would totally love this as well. With 14 55's, many of them "duplicates" that share gear, I hate the legacy gear I'm forced to use. A lot of my toons are modelled after characters in other worlds such as Bleach (manga/anime). And if I could use cartel gear cross-legacy it would be very beneficial to the RP aspect
  3. I'd like to get a dev response on whether this is a bug. I saw this last night in a DF NiM 8 man run, we had issues beating DPS checks between phases, which was very surprising to me without the NiM Power buff. I looked back, and we were previously told health and damage would be at hard mode values, and NiM mechanics would remain. So I'm wondering if the stance changed or if this is a bug that will be patched eventually.
  4. I have the Obroan SA and the DF main stat proc, and I can say that these don't share any kind of CD they proc together all the time, and the DF relic actually procs twice sometimes, once for heals and once for DPS. I want to try the DF SA and see if works the same, if so I'd consider this BiS - with a Boundless Ages to click before fights and then relic swap.
  5. I require users to create an account so I can verify they are in the guild they say they are in and can't go posting fake crap on the site. There's no verification of kills because all information is public. If you view for example the Dread Palace 16 HM rankings, it will show you the exact time of the kill along with the screenshot that shows proof kills was made. If anyone is caught posting an incorrect kill it is easy to remove that kill after the fact and in no way messes up the system. If someone is purposely posting fake kills or something along those lines I can ban their account and delete their entire guild from the website with a single click. I personally feel this is a step forwards and not a step backwards. And I didn't just build the site and say okay its done have fun. I'm here to make this site exactly what the community wants. Until there is an API that can be tapped into.
  6. Thanks for the feedback. The initial page of "Guild Rankings" does mix and match everything. In my opinion, this isn't very useful down the line, a new guild will be unable to rank up above guilds that have been around longer. Once you select an operation, however, then you get a true ranking. And the operations are split by 8/16 so if you select DP 16 HM you don't get mixed with 8 results - so this is fundamentally the way the system already works.
  7. Scoring Explained Anyone not familiar with the progression ranking might wonder how the scoring works. I will need to put this on the site eventually, but here goes. Base score for first boss kill is 10,000 points. Each guild that kills that boss afterwards gets a lower point value. The amount of point decrease is determined by length of time since that initial kill. Each boss has a diminishing rate. The first two bosses diminish at .5 points per hour. The last two bosses diminish at 2 points per hour. The middle boss(es) diminish at 1 point per hour. So if you kill every boss exactly 24 hours after the initial kills, you'd end up with this score: Boss 1: 9988 Boss 2: 9988 Boss 3: 9976 Boss 4: 9952 Boss 5: 9952
  8. I appreciate Thinmints (deceptweb) and others in the past maintaining the Google doc spreadsheets for world rankings. The problem with this system is that it's annoying IMO. I don't wanna read a Google doc, I just want to be able to view a cleanly done table with all of the information. Plus, why only have the 16-man in one thread, and someone else to maintain the 8-man...I could go on. I developed something far superior to the current system. The Reddit community helped me beta test and improve the initial work, but it's now ready for prime time. swtorprogression.com I am completely and 100% open to modifying the site to fit the needs of the progression community. Also, this is an open invitation to you deceptweb to be a moderator on the site if you'd like. Currently mods can only approve accounts and there is no moderation on kill submits. If any guild leaders want to have a discussion about how the site can be improved I can setup a private meeting for us all to discuss, just let me know if you'd want that.
  9. First Toon: Zez-Kai Ell Re-rolled after that: Rakata Mind Prison Merged with: The Bastion And now here
  10. So, which guilds on POT5 actually run 16-man content pretty regularly? I'm newer to this server, coming from The Bastion. I'm most interested in 16-man HM content. I'm just here to have fun and enjoy the game, and NiM progression does have its highs but I've got too much going on nowadays and can't focus on NiM world progression any more. I know some guilds start raids around 10pm here, but that's too late for me. Looking for a guild that runs raids at 9pm or earlier as I need to be getting off by 11-11:30 EST.
  11. Awesome job guys, and good luck to everyone else going for the kill! Let's start working on that timed run now
  12. Original Name(s): Hochiminh POT5 Name(s): Hochi-san Previous Server: The Bastion Primary faction: Republic I came here because I'm on the East Coast and was tired of high ping and late night raiding. I'm a PVE'er but do have full partisan and play PVP regs for fun.
  13. Today I've joined POT5 and am happy to be located on an east coast server finally!
  14. Congrats to everyone on their downs! Glad to see lots of guilds getting it now and hope we are soon! We lost tons of talent due to real life stuff since our EC world 2nd but we're getting there!
  15. Very nice job SF. Congrats! We're still having major issues in 16
