  1. Lol, trolling and don't let the door hit me...For one I'm not trolling it's a voiced opinion like everyone else here and two intimidating for one on the internet and two taking everything so seriously? And to answer your question about something I must REALLY WANT why yes there is and I've addressed those where they needed to be. They were things such as bugs and glitches that "harm" game performance, playability and what not. No, I don't need the UI customization at all it was merely an example as to something that would help out with just about everyone that does the "end-game" things or PvP, etc. and if you don't agree that people are just wanting more and more for a game that is so new then my good sir you are blind. If people want chat bubbles then by all means BioWare/EA will add them if they feel it's going to hurt them if they don't or if they feel it's a necessity but everyone who is playing this game and especially those who "bash" BioWare/EA just because something this small isn't or hasn't been implemented is just plain sad especially for those who are going to stop playing if it's not added soon, I mean come on. For one you have to give them time and two it's TRIAL AND ERROR for them. I'm not saying to not give negative feedback but to do it in such a "hostile" manner is not respectful nor should it be accepted by anyone. I for one think it is sad that we live in such a "fast" or "have it now" society. The faster technology grows along with everything else a lot of people think everything else should be working just as fast if not faster. BioWare/EA teams have worked hard the game and continue to do so and put tons of hours and give up a good part of their lives to make us the consumers happy and to down talk or disrespect them in the manner a lot of people do the way they do is to me just unheard of. I wasn't raised to disrespect anyone for any reason and not to act like someone I'm not and that's what a lot of people are doing in not only this thread but other suggestion threads. I replied to this one because one I didn't want to reply to every single one and two at the time I'd been talking to someone about the chat bubbles (actually a few people). If this hurt you personally (what I said previously) or you misunderstood what I was trying to say then for that I am sorry. Anyways, I'll stop here and I hope this clears up whatever it may have been that you or anyone did not understand I was trying to say, etc. [= Thank you very much, Branagamu P.S. Thanks for pointing out this is a SUGGESTION BOX FORUM.
  2. I was just wondering if this is going to be in the patch that is coming tomorrow February 14, 2012? If not, is there an ETA? I'm of course talking about the patch it mentions it will be available in which is patch 1.1.4. Any insight on this would greatly be appreciated!! I'm sorry if this has been answered somewhere but I did not want to read:rolleyes:EVERY SINGLE PAGE:rolleyes:and either read over it or it either not have been answered nor asked. Thanks for giving some insight on this and keep up the great work you all are doing at BioWare/EA, etc. Branagamu Infinity Gate
  3. I'm asking these two questions because I DID NOT read EVERY single page (which was 20 last time I checked) you can call me lazy, non-devoted or what have you but here goes. Will there be or is there an ETA on any data collecting add-ons (or a "merger" with such sites) for sites such as TORhead, etc. in the future? Not that it is NEEDED but it'd be nice so people would not have to in-put every single thing onto the site and therefore the information isn't wrong or mistyped by the community. Also, this is has to do with add-ons as well and I could've asked it in the sentence but is there and ETA on when add-ons will be available to be "made", etc.? I'm not talking about the flashy ones or the ones that people call "cheating" I'm talking about those that help people with things such as cool downs, their UI, etc. I know that BioWare/EA is giving us a customizable UI but there is only so much they're able to do with a "default" coding/UI. I myself love the upcoming UI changes such-as the cool down numerical countdown, moveable UI, etc. Until there are add-ons available though, I will be one happy player and I applaud the development team, etc. on how far they've come in such a very little time. Everyone (including myself) it's all trial and error and that this is still a "new" game and still in progress. That all said, great job BioWare/EA and I commend you on what you've done thus far and continue to do in the future.
  4. Now see, these are the things that players worry about that aren't really important to the game at all. This is not a necessity this is nothing more than a WANT not a NEED. Everyone is more worried about all the little "flashy" things that doesn't really improve the game play or help the players in anyway but to make someone happy rather than make an improvement on the actual game mechanics, playability, etc. Players really need to focus more on the other things right now such-as what they've already started to put in the next patch as in the GCD and a little more UI customization and bugs that actually are helping with game play, etc. People just want, want, want and don't ask for the needs that would actually help EVERYONE. /facepalm /sigh I think I'm finished with this thread now. *smh*
  5. Absolutely love the "counter" added to the "GCD" and cannot wait till there is something that is movable to be set somewhere near my "toon" so I don't have to look down at the hot keys and miss important things such as casts from the NPC's, etc. Now, it would be nice if there were more things that Bioware/EA would open up to such as data gathering for sites such as TORhead and DarthHarter but I know these things are works in progress and you cannot do everything at the start of a game. Many are going to say "But this has been out since December!!", etc. but you have to realize that other MMO's such as WoW, etc. did not have addons at the start either and it took a good while for their developers to open up to these ideas as well. It is a sad thing that we live in a society that demands things NOW and expect things to be done right then and there and that is such a sad thing. You all have to look at ALL aspects of everything and not just things others have done in the past, you have to give things time and not demand so much at the beginning and just give feedback not thrash or "hate" just because your needs aren't met right off the bat. So, on that note calm down, take a "chill pill" and give these guys and gals some time and a chance to work on what is already a great game. It's going to be awhile before you see all the "flashy" things you want but the things you need then by all means suggest but DO NOT say "Bioware/EA is lacking on _____" because they've come along way in just a few months to say the least. As the old saying goes "Good food takes time to prepare if you make it from scratch". [Edit]: Is there a date or ETA on patch 1.1.2? Just curious is all, I never see the dates for these things and a lot of times I don't get the "servers are going down at ___" until my friends tell me or it pops up 15 minutes beforehand and no it hasn't shown on my launcher since the first time I downloaded a patch. I don't know why but it happens I guess. That is all for now. [=
  6. Well as history has shown with everything that has ever been made, created, sold, etc. you CANNOT and WILL NOT be able to make EVERYONE happy. Not to mention people have to find something to complain about no matter how small, how non-effective to the product, etc. it is they WILL complain about SOMETHING. People know not to expect a lot from a new MMO at the jump nor should they expect EVERY flaw to be fixed ASAP though, Bioware & EA has lacked on the "big issues" such as click-through, non-summoned companions when you dismount, etc. rather they want to worry about things such as abilities, graphics, etc. and I know for one who plays with quite a few "veteran" MMO players that we'd be happy to not only wait on ability buffs, etc. but to lessen the graphics as well. You can make great MMOs without all the "flashy" graphics, etc. from the start and always improving on those little things rather than things that actually in a few of us opinions that actually matter to not only game play but the gamers. Just some opinions and that first part is most definitely a fact.
