  1. You lived in the Organa State on Alderaan.
  2. You people are impossibly fast.
  3. Dammit! I haven't been on these forums in months. Now you tempt me. MUSCO!!!!
  4. Let me take a guess. When you launch the game it pops up and stays frozen in a smaller window with no sound going on? If that is happening you have to go into your SWTOR folders and delete a certain file. Delete client_settings.ini in the appdata folder. When you do that it allows the game to launch at normal size and with no issues. It will not affect anything in the game. If you are skeptical just ask customer service in their forums to make sure. If that is not the solution then as another said make sure the drivers are up to date. Hope this helps!
  5. 1. Kaleesh 2. Nautolan 3. Trandoshan Kaleesh is a big must for me! They would offer excellent variety with their bone masks. Can alter the shape of the mask and the markings. Plus it would be popular due to the love for General Grievous!
  6. Why can't people understand that joining a guild solves all pug run problems. If it is a good guild you will find plenty of opportunities for loot. Join guilds until you find one you like. Enough with complaining about pug runs and not being lucky. If you prefer to play by yourself then you must live with the consequences.
  7. I am the Guildmaster of The Corellian Cartel. My main toon in game is named Kaonn. I am looking to fill our second raiding team with committed raiders. The second team currently has 5 members so far and needs 3 more. They are a committed and talented group and need a stable and consistent team to move forwards. The roles we are looking to fill are as follows... 2 MDPS/RDPS 1 Healer When the team is fully formed they will start with knocking out Story Mode Ravagers and Temple of Sacrifice, for team building purposes, and then move onto Hard Mode. We are a fun loving and sociable guild, but we also push for progress in content and run many activities together. We ask that if you seek to join the team that you be consistent and open with communication. We use a teamspeak server and also provide outside contact info if real life intervenes. If interested send me a PM here or a whisper/mail on Kaonn. If you are also interested in joining the guild just to raid feel free to contact me. Thank you for your time.
  8. It is the same thing. I was specifically citing general sites, but if you go into the official game sites the vitriol is even worse because unlike general sites where people just jump on bandwagons and don't know what they are talking about on official sites you have people who go from loving/liking a game to hating a game. This is usually due to the inability to grasp that when you get bored it is healthy to do something else or an unhealthy obsession with the game. You know the whole mantra of "die a hero or live long enough to see yourself become the villain." WoW forums are still bad, Destiny forums are the absolute worst especially after the whole no raids in House of Wolves lol. Mass Effect forums used to be bad, but I haven't been there in awhile. Negativity is not a rare thing. In fact I'd wager that when a game has no negativity it is usually because there is not much activity. WoW, the granddaddy of all games money wise, has built up the most hatemongering I have ever seen in video games. This has done little to slow its advance and has in fact kept its memory alive and well in everyone.
  9. You are out of your mind if you are really believing this. Go to IGN and any Destiny article, which btw numbers in 1000's of comments. Most of the comments are bashing the game even though it is the biggest game on consoles right now. Check any CoD article. Same thing. Any WoW article. Same thing. Guild Wars is even starting to get flack. Wildstar is so dead the detractors don't even bother. ESO is bashed all the time. Eve gets brief praise followed by how does anyone play that spreadsheet game. Mass Effect gets bashed for the ending. Dragon Age gets bashed for the second game. etc... I could go down the list of almost every single AAA, AA and A game and you'll find most people are bashing them. And I'm not just talking IGN, but almost every gaming website, subreddit etc...
  10. Based on my experience in the New York one I'd say many of those questions were legit. You guys on the forums really have to understand that noone comes to the forums. I remember when Musco was talking about how he met one of the trolls on these forums and the guy was super nice to Musco in person. The reaction of all of us listening was we don't go to the forums. That place sucks. The questions asked had nothing to do with PvP. Noone cared about PvP in that bar. I did get to talk to two guys on my server and we talked about PvP, but the consensus seemed to be that PvP was a past time. Not a priority. The main questions had to do with STORY, OPERATIONS, STORY, STORY and Kephess jokes. Oh and the whole datamining issue since that happened around that time and we learned there really wasn't an issue. I will say I agree with the whole calling out server names because I had to prowl around asking people if they were on Jedi Covenant. Took a long time to find anyone lol. And I think it really comes down to the venue. The place we were at had tons of tables and seats and while many of us were standing we did have something to lean on lol. I think the only way to address the "questions issue" is for Bioware to have categories. Start talking about ops, then pvp then story then miscellaneous stuff. Personally I'm against it, but it may be the best way to get attention to some of your burning questions.
