  1. I opened 1 hypercrate = 26packs. 1 gold item. 4 silver items. Rest was junk. I had 18 Chance Cubes (thats nearly 1 per pack). I had the same set of armor 14 times as a reward. I'd like to highlight 3 issues and ask why something isnt in place. 1. Can there not be something like a guarenteed 3 gold items and 8 silver items or such? While i realise it is random this would be extremely easy to impliment. These crates are not cheap and if BW wants ppl to keep buying them and support then surely this is a simple fix for both sides? 2. Grand Chance Cubes - Bane of my existance. They take the place of better loot and when i buy a pack I am not buying because i want gear from the old packs. I want the gear currently on show. Surely BW can limit a hypercrate to have only X amount of GCB's? 3. I open crates to try get decorations and got around 5 decor items, all bronze and repeated. I love the decor items. Strongholds is a good part of the game. The decor items make up a huge percentage of the rewards in packs yet they seem to be rare. In the last 10 or so sets that have been out I mostly get repeated armor sets of low end. People will say just buy the items from GTN but this is a catch22. If ppl like myself dont buy the crates and put them up then there isnt many decor to share and therefore the prices are rediculous. I don't think stronghold decorating and enjoying the game should become an astronomical cost for a player. that ruins a good portion of the game used by many people. Just some thoughts and experiences.

  3. You're reading it too seriously fangrl.. it's meant as a light hearted joke as that what has happened in the past for decorations that didnt appar in packs.
  4. I have opened many packs to try get the new Imperial Logo Hologram. Nothing so far. I have been checking GTN religiously and nothing so far. I have looked in many decorated strongholds, nothing yet. Does this item exist? Did it get missed from packs somehow? Is there compensation for it missing from pack? Perhaps we can buy it from a vendor somewhere next patch?
  5. Any response to this? They are an awesome item and really set moods in my strongholds, but they need to work from distance, work better together (as in character moves from one to another and it loads properly) and a touch louder would be nice.
  6. Since the release this hood is not showing on character. Even after re-equip and changing mods. Please fix it cost a fortune.
  7. I can add several to that list of broken decorations too. Decorations from the Vendors for prefabs mostly. They dont even list as to where they came from anymore like all other decorations. Senate Podium Crystal and Lamp. Once picked up no longer appear in your list. If you browse list of ALL ITEMS they also do not appear? Cracked Burial Urn. Pick it up and POOF! Hard to pick certain items up anymore. They just do not want t pick up unless you change layout. It says sending items to your pile, but guess what., they go poof! Total BS. How are they even going to fix this missing items?

  9. This my point. Others had it done when the system came out. It is about subbing back to a Free To Play game (showing suuport) and bringing others back to experience new additions to the game that I cannot get rewarded for, even though I have completed the tasks and paid my fair share, including Collector's Edition in a now Free game. Thanks to all the nobs who say "crying over stuff" and it isnt important. Love the forum flaming input. It IS important. It IS possible to work out as i have explained, they can see the achievements. I have played MMO since 1999 and it would be work but it should be possible and should have been done prior to release or not implimented. I am only asking for what I am entitled too.
  10. If i am walking around in T3 armor and vehicles from bosses it should be easy for them to see i have beaten certain raids. If I am a 50 BH they can easily see i have done the storyline and progressed across planets. If I have legacy level 29 they can see i deserve the boxes according to this?? It makes no sense. I, as a customer, am being punished because of lazy programming and development from internal teams. Due to that laziness they could push the work onto CSR's to sort out by simply looking at my account and characters and what I can at least prove instantly by items in my inventory. Yes, that is extra work for CSR's but why should I be punished for it? As above i have 2 x BH and i am not making a 3rd character to go through this BS again. Just refund my sub and my cartel money and I'll move on.
  11. I have re-subbed and brought friends back to SWTOR. This is for the Collections and Stronghold stuff. I have multiple 50 characters and have achieved a lot in game. My legacy has next to no completion. All the bosses i have downed and even my legacy levels are not registering on the achievements. I have multiple high-end characters and many alts and no progress on anything. I put in a ticket and was told nothing they can do, i have to wait for a patch if they ever fix it and no ETA. Ticket automatically closed. The issue not solved and the ticket should remain open. CSR's do this crap every time and fudge response tickets and stats. The issue is not resolved. It is a game breaking issue. i should be refunded my sub money if it it doesn't work. Not good enough. No customer service. No fix to the issue. No ETA and not allowing me to make any kind of a response. How can SWTOR ask people to re-sub for an expansion that has it's main features not working?
  12. Log into the My Accoutn page and click on "Asia Pacific Transfers" at the top left. This will tell you your eligability status for the free transfer. There is an issue however with their times/dates as it was impossible to comply. "You are eligible to transfer characters to the new Asia Pacific servers. Please fill out this form no later than April 17, 2012, 2:01PM EST, 4:01PM NZST, 12:01PM HKT, 12:01PM SGT to request complimentary server transfers for one or more of your eligible characters. Only characters created before February 28, 2012, 5:01PM EDT, 7:01PM NZDT, 2:01PM HKT, 2:01PM SGT qualify for transfers and are displayed below. Character transfers will begin April 17, 2012, 8:00PM EST, 10:00PM NZST, 6:00PM HKT, 6:00PM SGT and may take up to 7 days. At some point during these 7 days, there will be a period of time of up to 3 hours where we will begin processing all requested character transfers associated with your account. You will be unable to play any characters that are on servers involving your character transfer requests during this time. If you are logged into one of these servers, you will be automatically logged off that server until the transfer is complete. If you are unable to log into any of these servers past the 3-hour window, please contact Customer Service. You will be notified via email when your character transfer requests have been processed.
