Hi everyone I am having a problem and thought someone could give me some help. While playing the game, the game will cut off and go to the realm server screen and say "unable to retrieve server list". I wait about 30 seconds, log back on and the game works fine most of the time. I may have to do this 2 or 3 times sometimes and the game will run fine. This happens on all my characters and it just started doing this a few days ago. Any advice would be appreciated Amber

Wow ty so much it actually worked. Who would of ever guessed that taking the gloves off your companion would fix that. Ty again. Amber:)

Here's my situation. I can play the game and everything works fine until I turn in a quest. Once I turn in the quest and after the short movie and I choose an award the screen locks up. It does not lock up on all the cut movis but most. Once it locks up I have to log out and back in and everything works fine until I turn in another quest. This problem started to occur after I got stuck. I have uninstalled the game (thinking there was a glitch) and it's still doing the same thing. I have a AMD radeon hd 6900 series video card and I already updated it. Which is more than enough for this game. I have run diagnostics on my Pc and everything is working fine. So all you computer wizards out there can I please get some help. Amber
