Since I have preordered the expansion and it is already live for early access. I expect that I will have access at 12:01am for my time zone (east coast time). There is no reason why we should not get access as soon as the day starts, since it is a flip of a switch and it is already live. I assume this would be the same for others in their time zones as well. Thanks!
